This weekend, I had the pleasure of hosting an open house on both Saturday and Sunday for a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bath home in the highly sought-after Candlewood Country Club community. We recently chose Candlewood for our charity golf event. Emily and her team were awesome! The course was in great shape, our sponsors had a blast. Management team was very easy to work with, and this was a big selling point for us. Reasonable player rate, and the buffet diner afterwards was great. They also have brand new golf carts which was cool. We will likely have another event here in 2024.

My husband’s golf club ... I’m there only occasionally. It’s beautiful and my husband says the course is challenging. He enjoys playing there and has made some good friends. Staff are very nice ... especially the dining room and bar servers!

Great layout. Definitely need to play it more than once. Tough greens. Private country club so difficult to get on unless you're a member or know a member. Play it if you have an opportunity. Old course layout with lots of trees and tight fairways.

A hidden gem. Great course with a ton of great golfers. The Friday night dinners are awesome with "event style experiences.

Course was in great shape! I only 3-putted on one hole (my worst) which cause me to double-bogey.

Super impressed with this course. Greens are very receptive, tee boxes and fairways in good shape, and the layout is interesting. The front 9 and back 9 also felt like 2 different courses so it's challenging. Facilities are clean. Range balls are always new and unlimited. Two putting greens, one flat, one undulating. And a short game area that is great. I've had dinner there twice, and I've enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Service is always polite and professional . Also, best chips and salsa I've ever had. The snack shop has great hot dogs and cool drinks. They allow daily play on Mondays…

Great golf course! This is the course I got my hole in one 👍 amazing staff in restaurants and in the field; great managers always greet you with the biggest smiles. I enjoy coming here with my husband. Love their sandwiches.

Dad took my sister and I to the Clock Country Club, now the Candlewood C.C. We learned to swim there (pool is gone now). Birthday parties. Christmas parties. Santa 🎅. Easter🐰🐣 hunts. A sweet lady named Mary helped us wash our hands in the ladies room and straighten our petty skirts under our Sunday best 👗 dresses. Wonderful memories. A special thank you to Emily, who allowed me to revisit for lunch last month, 60 plus years later. 💕

Great.Course. Kind of difficult for your novice golfer. Experienced golfers would love it. The food is great at the restaurants. The they have a very friendly staff.
