Our experience with purchasing a home at Four Lakes Golf Club Retirement Community was wonderful. Cheryl Dobbs was a great sales agent and surpassed our expectations. We had picked out 9 properties to see and 2 had sold by the time we arrived in Florida. Cheryl received a new listing and felt we might like it based on the other listings we asked to view. My wife and I came down from NYS and went to Four Lakes to look at 8 homes. We contacted Cheryl Dobbs before our trip and she had everything set up for us. Very impressive! My wife and I went on a comprehensive tour with Cheryl Dobbs. The community is very well kept up. The facilities and activities are by far the best and most extensive we have encountered. The other residents we met were all friendly and courteous. We viewed two homes: Both were immaculate and desirable. If you are looking for a possible retirement destination, do yourself a favor and be sure to add Four Lakes to your list of possibilities.

I went to Four Lakes in early December to only view the community. After seeing it and talking to many residents, I was so impressed that the next day I looked at several homes and bought. Found our forever home at Four Lakes golf club. Cheryl and Dawn in the sales office were so nice. We were able to see a lot of homes. Purchase happened in one day. Cheryl had the answers to every single question we posed. Highly recommend!!!

We stopped at Four Lakes Golf Club today, unannounced, to visit the sales office for a literature brochure. We were warmly greeted in the office, resulting in an introduction to Cheryl Dobbs. Cheryl answered all of our questions, and, also offered to show us 2 homes, even though we aren’t ready to purchase at this particular time. We were so impressed with the community, the homes, amenities, and, the onsite restaurant, that, when the time comes, Four Lakes Golf Club is now at the top of our list!

The homes at Four Lakes Golf Club are well maintained. There are abundant activities offered and the community looks out for one another in a caring manner. The clubhouse has a wonderful restaurant with full bar at affordable prices. The pool is amazing and the golf course is in pristine condition. Beautiful!

My parents lived in this community over 30 years and it was a wonderful experience and created many cherished memories. When they had to move, Cheryl Dobbs took care of absolutely everything for my mother. She was caring, compassionate and made what is normally a stressful process very easy. I was not there to be able to help my mom and I had such peace of mind that Cheryl was taking care of her as I am sure she cares for every person she helps in the community.
