In summary

Hibiscus Golf Club is generally praised for its well-maintained course conditions, friendly and accommodating staff, and solid amenities, including a driving range and GPS-equipped carts. The course layout is appreciated for its challenge, though some find it less unique. Common criticisms include high pricing, particularly during peak season, occasional slow pace of play, and instances of unsatisfactory customer service experiences.

Tee’d off first and got through in just over 3 hours. Course was in good shape and I enjoyed the experience. Greens were fast. Nice fairways. The service was solid. The price was high since it’s high season, but I enjoyed it.

5 stars for this course, not sure about why people might not think it’s good. September 2025 it’s in fantastic shape, staff was very friendly, played in a Monday so there wasn’t a soul in sight. From Virginia so traveling to Florida for the first time and very pleased with this course. It’s definitely challenging for a 18-20HCP, but lots of fun nonetheless. Highly recommend!

I’ll be candid — the course itself was fine — challenging holes and greens are well-kept. This review centers mainly around the absolutely awful customer service we experienced in the club house. The context around this review is that we booked a tee time for 8, and had 2 people unable to make it with medical and family emergencies. As such, we went ahead to pay for the two people who could not attend because it’s the policy and right thing to do. After we finished, I noticed I was overcharged ~$150; everyone in our group paid, and they charged us for 9 golfers instead of 8. What seemed like…

Nice little course. Grees were really nice. Play was slow. Played behind a group with 2 holes open in front of them and the ranger did nothing. Overall though the experience was pretty good.

Austin is an absolute gentleman and deserves all the praise! From the moment I had arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome. His friendly attitude and genuine interest in making sure I had a great time stood out. Being from Chicago, I'm used to a certain level of hustle and bustle, but Austin's warmth was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to provide helpful tips and insights, making my golf round truly unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to have Austin as your starter, you're in for a treat. He's a fantastic guy who embodies hospitality at its finest, thanks again buddy!

Canadian golfers down for a trip. Played other courses around, this one is nice but just slightly too expensive. Would rather play saltleaf in the afternoon for a bit more cash. Conditions are great. Greens are brand new roll really pure. The course itself was just slightly boring layout with not many unique holes. Great pace of play had the course to ourselves played in 3h15min!

We played here at Hibiscus yesterday, conditions of the course were excellent. Tee boxes pretty much pristine and the greens were in wonderful condition. Staff was friendly including the cart woman who stopped by 3 times throughout our round! There is a driving range right next to the putting green, which are both right by the first hole. The golf carts were in great shape and had GPS which is always a plus. We were on vacation so we rented clubs, and they had a really nice selection. They even had Titlelist lefty women’s clubs for me. We can’t wait to come back and play Hibiscus again!

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. My father and I stopped by today to play, and Austin and Tom and the women in the pro shop took excellent care of us. Great creating memories and the service made it memorable. Will be back!

Really great, affordable, public course. Great range facility with auto dispenser and terrific last minute deals. Paid 60$ and got the whole course to myself during the best time (imho) to golf down here. Thanks!

Found the course not very challenging wide open with property lining the fairways. no danger alerts for alligators very poor safety not informed about it before being surprised by 10ft laying on the lake side.. Definitely not worth the amount I paid $130

Nice golf course. They only thing that I’m happy about is the cart guys strong arming for tips. Totally unacceptable. $5 tip on the way in to out your clubs in the cart and then they making you feel uncomfortable for not tipping in the way out. Gross Same guy has done this on both visits.

Just got back from a weekend full of golf in the Naples area. One of our 3 rounds was at Hibiscus Golf Club. Due to the high demand of the "season" right now in Naples, we were happy to snag one of the last available tee times here. While the course was not the "best" in the area, the layout is very nice and the staff and practice area were solid. Overall it was in decent shape (a few tee boxes need work). The high price definitely is due to the demand during the busy season, but honestly the course was very enjoyable! I look forward to hopefully playing this course again in the "off season" f…
