In summary

Palouse Ridge Golf Club at WSU is highly praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful layout, and stunning views, making it a standout destination in Eastern Washington. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and professionalism, and the clubhouse amenities, including food options, are generally well-received. However, some visitors have experienced slow pace of play and limited dining options during peak times, which can detract from the overall experience.

Love this course even if I am a Husky. First time playing it. Very quick greens. Expect the wind to factor into your round. Most approach shots will have a degree of unevenness in the lie (ball above/below your feet or sloping uphill or downhill). Shot 87 the day I played (10.2 handicap). I feel like I would probably shoot low to mid 80s now that I know the course layout.

Beautiful Clubhouse and course! A very nice and professional young man - George - promptly checked me in first thing in the morning. I love undeveloped courses, they're so quiet and serene; this one is especially so. The layout is so beautifully designed among the grasses of the Palouse...with many elevated tee boxes that make driving off the tee seem so much easier and exciting. Everything was very well groomed and maintained - obvious that the course has a great maintenance crew and Superintendent! Carts were like new and very clean. Scrumptious nachos in the Round Top Public House! I'll def…

One of the top 5 courses in WA! Once ranked top 5 college courses in the country. People give one star because they were late and turned away. SMH get it together bro! This place is a gem!

Not as hilly on the course - but more between the holes and from tee to fairway. I found the layout fun with lots of table top greens. The greens were fair and so was the rough where it was easy to find balls, but the rough was penal as it grabbed the club. Biggest gripe for me was the greens which grabbed putts preventing it from releasing on downhill putts and stopping uphill putts dead.

Always a great time at wga districts here at Palouse. ⛳️ Tough course very hilly and on this day hot. I would say challenging for the kids but a 13 year old show a 62 😮 that day so for the average person it is still tough. Not all of us are rockstars like him. Course is well maintained and staff is friendly. No food 🍲 options besides grab and go at the time maybe short staffed. If you haven’t see the bears 🐻 at the south end of the golf course go check them out

Very beautiful place. Away from the city traffic and very peaceful. From the top of hill, you can glaze the town view and believe me it’s the best view you can see all over Pullman. If you have a camera, take it with you and you will capture some of the best photos! Must visit!

We got here after many days of hot dry weather and I was surprised how well kept the fairways and greens were. The food here is also very good. Definitely worth a return trip in the future.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a high quality golf course in such a small town. It genuinely spoils us whenever we travel.

Incredible views and elevation changes at this gem in Pullman. Course was in fantastic shape. Layout is challenging but fair. Would be a terrific match play course with 5 par 5s and challenging par 3s. Great tournament course too.

Our day at Palouse Ridge started off fine, but slowly got worse as the course was insanely backed up. We played a 5 1/2 Hour round and were waiting every single hole for nearly every shot. There was no easy blame as it looked like every group was waiting. I understand this can happen but 5 1/2 Hours!? You’d think a course with $125.00 green fees would have a marshal/ranger or a starter but nope. Conditions were fine but hard to enjoy a course when you’re waiting more than you’re playing. If you’ve got a whole day to kill it’s a fine course.

Course was in great condition and was a great challenge. We did experience a 10-15 minute wait per hole on the back 9, but still had a good time. The staff were friendly and helpful, golf carts were clean and well powered.

Great experience! For Memorial Day weekend the staff was amazing from Isaac at check-in to our waitress on the patio for lunch to the cart girl on the course. The golfing was great too. Highly recommend!
