Decent golf course, fast greens, good service. The fairways and tee boxes are not always great. Active club with many locals and residents playing.

Where to begin... Showed up for a 2:08pm tee time, they pushed us back to 2:28. They had no carts for us and made us wait past 2:28pm until more carts were brought in. Cart guy was very rude. They had a Juniors tournament that was poorly managed, so while we waited for our carts, we continued to see Moms and KIDS driving around on carts, just having fun, not even playing. They still charged us full price and failed to mention that the recently punched the greens. We had to wait for the Juniors to play and they would have 4 kids to a round, plus their parents, plus their coach, so it was like a…

First time to Pheasant Run Golf club yesterday with my fiance and had a blast! I had no idea that they had those thin motorbikes as golf carts! Only 25 bucks to use one and it was totally worth the upgrade, I've been playing golf for 32 years and never had that much fun! Stop by the Sand Trap bar and grill afterwards, and grabbed a delicious pizza. I couldn't believe how thick it was and the size for the price.... only 15 bucks for a specialty, get out of here! Drinks were inexpensive compared to Fresno pricing, we will be back for sure, it is worth the drive!

Course is in phenomenal shape. Greens are challenging, water makes you think twice in places. A great round at a well maintained course.

Friendly service, high quality food and good portion size. We recommend the restaurant, and will definitely come back again Photos are of Chicken Maderia, and a New York Steak with Grilled Shrimp (which was a dinner special not on the menu)

We had a good morning, the course is starting to show its age a bit of dead grass and the water traps are just about out of a water but it was a decent game for my wife and I and our little one.

The food at Sandtrap Bar & Grill was really good. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend this place if you’re out golfing and are in need of a place to take a load off.

This course is a little bit of a diamond in the rough. Being located in Chowchilla one month expect it to be hot. We arrived at about 9 AM and the weather was perfect. The course is well maintained. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the green had just been plugged about a week prior and so made the putting surfaces a little more challenging.

Terrible round today. Had us start on the back 9 which is fine. But they were constantly rushing us because they managed their tee times poorly for their men’s league tournament which they did not notify me at the time of booking my tee time. At one point asked us to play scramble to because we were to slow and one hole later we got stuck behind a 5some and then a 6 some. Overall bad experience been before but this is probably my last time going.

Great straightforward layout, and the course was in excellent condition. Fininished in about 3 1/2 hours. Drove up from Fresno, it was the same amount of time as getting to Madera GCC.
