We went up to Terrace Lakes Resort for a quick overnight getaway and had such a great experience overall. We were able to get a condo thanks to Judy, who was beyond helpful and accommodating — truly went above and beyond for us. The staff as a whole was absolutely amazing. We had dinner and drinks at the bar and loved every minute of it. The locals are so inviting and friendly; it honestly feels like you’ve known them forever. Such a welcoming, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay longer. The only reason I’m mentioning a concern is because the pool was the main reason we went up to rel…

Absolutely disgusting! Went up for an overnight visit w/a soak & cabin stay. Staff at check in were rude. The place was a dilapidated mess. The pool bathrooms absolutely wreaked of urine. I was afraid to even touch the floor with my feet. The smell literally made me sick to my stomach. The pool water was uncomfortably hot. The cabin had a dumpster full of trash in front of it and the view outside the window was of more garbage, old tires, cars with hoods up and junk everywhere. The lodge looked like it should be condemned with a wet couch rotting outside in front of it. Literally looked like a…

My siblings and I have gone here multiple years in a row. At times we even rent rooms and stay the night. After paying to swim in their hot springs pool, I went inside with my daughter to reserve a table around 2:00. There were lots of open tables. I only recall seeing one other family sitting there on the main floor. I asked my daughter to go ask for some menus and let them know that there will be15 of us. There young employee at the register spoke up a called across the restaurant to me, “you can’t eat here. You need to make a reservation for a party that big.” I looked around, not seeing a…

If you need a place to just sleep for the night this is the place. Nothing fancy you can unfortunately hear through the walls so I'd bring a noise machine. What lacked in the room was made up by the pool. Very clean and nice very relaxing. They do have a wonderful café but didnt try it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! The front desk check in lady was zero help in even finding our room. She never even checked my ID to confirm who I was. Finally we find our room and the LITERAL WALL IS COMING OFF && the room smelled so bad like pee, I left a coat on the ground and had to end up washing it. Very disgusting place that should not even be allowed to be rented out. They claimed to refund me my remaining days and still have not. Not to mention I TIPPED THEM before seeing the room! I drove 8 hours for this. I’m so pissed. I will be reporting them to b…

I am only rating the hot springs since that is all we experienced. It was ok. I am not a fan of sharing a small pool with so many people that you pretty much bounce off one another. The bathroom/ changing rooms were tiny. Nothing like rubbing bums with someone while dressing. For such a small space, maybe time slots would be better. Also- side note for swimmers- it is a hot spring... wearing a full face of makeup and a gallon of perfume is non-sense. No one wants to smell it, nor do we want to have your makeup melting off next to us.

Believe the 1-star reviews for the restaurant. This is, by far, the worst service in Idaho. Maybe the entire Northwest. And I've had better gas station food. At least there, the toilets flush. And the staff is completely clueless.

The hot springs pool was fine, not dirty like a previous review had stated. I was in the pool for an hour and a half and there was no dirty scum on the water. The pool attendant was helpful and adjusted the water temperature up to about 98 or 99 degrees. $15 per person to enter the pool. Stayed at a condo from resort, was dated, but was clean, a bit musty smelling, no Wi-Fi available, and I couldn't get any cell phone signal either. No telephone provided in condo. Also the condo is for sale if anyone is interested.

I am constantly in awe of how poorly this place is run. From the offices filled with paperwork from the 1980s when you walk in, to the service workers who couldn't hate their jobs more. The potential for this place is great, the boomers in charge are not.

I’m a former pool technician, and what I saw today at Terrace Lakes was unacceptable for any public swimming facility—let alone one charging increased admission prices. We used to come here often, but after returning for the first time in about a year, we were shocked. The pool had a brown film and visible algae stuck across large sections of the walls. The water was extremely cloudy—not just from the natural hot spring minerals, but clearly from heavy buildup of skin oils, dirt, and debris. It looked and smelled like dirty bathwater. The bottom of the pool hadn’t been vacuumed in days (if n…

I'm vacationing and I just went there for lunch. It wasn't that impressive. We ordered nachos, and I could hear the cook complaining about making them. The waitress said that she would make them( the nachos). All of the wait staff were young people, and it seemed as though they had some place better to be. Wish I had something better to report because I am not a negative nancy. If some place has good aspects, I will let people know in a heartbeat but I did not really find that here.

Oh man.. where to even begin.. I was at the end of a 2k mile roadtrip where i had been camping and booked this "Resort" for my last night to relaxed and unwind and get a good nights sleep and a shower before my flight home.. and wow.. First things first.. we checked in with the waitress because the other staff had left.. The staff was rude and seemingly unaware of all questions we asked... we tried calling several times to order dinner and walked back up to order where we had to encounter the same girl who got every change in the order wrong.. fine, whatever.. we made do... even with a bag, ut…
