The Villas reflect the design aesthetic of Frank Lloyd Wright who designed the resort's clubhouse. This Villa offers your family one week of vacation time annually for as long as you own it. All Villas offer an outdoor hot tub and outdoor shower. Larger units offer saunas. Villas are set back in the woods and overlook the 10th hole of the Dragon golf course. Your monthly HOA Association fees are $86 to $98 per month depending on the Villa choice. ($1,032 to $1176 per year). That breaks down to $148 to $168 per night depending on the Villa choice (3 different floor plans are available). The Resort books the same Villas to the public for approximately three times more. The Villas are maintained by the Spa Villas Fractional Owners Association (SVFOA). The SVFOA fees cover one-time weekly cleaning fees and use of the Altitude Rec Center during your stay which is $15/month of the SVFOA monthly fees. Rec Center and Association transfer fees apply. No pets are allowed. Local outside pet services are available during your visit. There are only 104 timeshare privately-held, non-resort owned weeks of the 400 total weeks managed by the SVFOA. Most of the privately held Villas are owned by the original purchasers many of which have been held for over 20 years, so they do not come a long often. Each Villa building is scheduled for two weeks of maintenance each year and the repairs are the responsibility of the SVFOA. There is a rental program and a timeshare exchange program with the SVFOA when you cannot use your weeks but requires several months of lead time.
