In summary

Bellevue Municipal Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent practice facilities, including a two-tier driving range. The course layout offers a mix of challenge and accessibility, appealing to both beginners and seasoned golfers. However, some visitors have noted occasional slow pace of play and areas that could benefit from infrastructure improvements, such as the clubhouse and sound buffering from nearby roads.

Bellevue Muni, as I’ve always known this course, is one of the classics on the east side. The grounds have been kept immaculate, and the staff is always friendly. The fairways are always narrow and trees have grown to provide quite a challenge. Catch it on a sunny spring day and you can’t go wrong

Temporary green and tee boxes were frozen and hard as concrete. Not the time of year to play here. After it warms I'm sure it's a great course to play.

A super nice driving range facility. Pay for your bucket at the pro shop. They will provide a receipt that you will scan at the ball dispenser. The dispenser issues an accurate ball count. This is a 2 tier range. I found it a bit easier to tell the ball distance from the upper tier. It was more difficult from the ground level. Max ball distance appears to be 250 yds. All balls are hit from artificial turf. I found it difficult to hit irons from the tees as I kept bottoming the club out. Drives were easier, but be aware that you will be using a rubber tee. The facility is in great condition…

It’s close my home , so I think it’s convenient & golfing experience is also good! The price is reasonable W/O power cart!

A very nice public course. All the staff was fantastic. The fairways and greens were in great shape. Played on a Monday so the pace was good. This was my first time playing here well definitely return

Decent course generally. Bit soggy after recent rains in places. Beautiful trees all around it. The greens were in great shape. Not crazy about it sandwiched between two busy roads. You hear the traffic alot in a few places. Should look at better sound buffering. The clubhouse facility could be better. Fairly dated. Seems like it could use an upgrade and perhaps a restaurant like many golf courses. It just has dated cafe with subpar seating. One of those businesses that is missing an opportunity given its premiere location to scale up things a bit.

Played it BTW days before rain showers. I was surprised how well it had drained. Some walk off areas of the greens were a bit soft and slippery but overall excellent and a gorgeous day for golf and shot 77⛳ 👌

Not bad for a muni. There is some variety and undulation. Big trees. Greens are pretty boring. Clubhouse is spacious. Can’t hear the freeway too much. Much better than the muni’s in Seattle. The range punch card from Seattle doesn’t work here. Some of the back nine is pretty tightly spaced without trees so you can hear other people and see stray balls.

This was the last course we played on our golf trip and the conditions were not the best but also not bad. The driving range was great as it was a two floor building and they also have 2 practise greens on site. The course design was traditional west coast layout and I was used to it because i came from canada. The clubhouse was nice with a restaurant but we didnt get to try the food in the restauarnt. My favourite holes were the par 3s which were downhill and I made birdie on both. Overall if they improve the conditions a bit it could be an A tier course in Seattle!

Been playing here almost every week for over 10 years. A great municipal course that is well maintained.

This is a very well-maintained public course. Just recently my wife and I decided to hit some range balls later in the evening, and when we arrived the door to the ball machine was shut. A young man hitting balls nearby saw us and explained, “Yeah the range is open until 9, but we close the ball machine at 8:30.” Without hesitation, he added, “Hold on, I’ll get you a bucket.” He then opened the door and returned with the balls, and with a smile, handed them to me. I tried to give him a tip, but he nicely refused. Turns out Jake works full time in the pro shop. Hopefully the course management…
