Birch Hills Golf Course

Came here on a Saturday for a 2:30 pm Tee Time. It was Harper's 2nd time playing here @ Birch w Daddie along w Auntie Sai & Unc Mo09.27.25 It was a busy afternoon on a Saturday with us literally having to go exactly @ Tee Time, when we asked associate if we can possibly go 10 mins early. Gold carts are easy to drive. The golf course has seen better days but apparently they just did the grass maintenance so it was a bit un even is some areas along the grass area. Per my husband. Course just got new golf carts and they are awesome, they dont make sound and the breaks are fresh. Course was in good shape, greens were the best they've been in years. The course has been managed well for what they have to offer.

I've always loved this little course and miss the original 18 hole version before the redevelopment. The best part of playing here now is that you can finish 18 holes in 3 hours. The worst part of playing here is that so many golfers do not repair their pitch marks on the greens. It feels like putting on a ski slope with moguls. The staff here is always friendly and helpful and it is a real pleasure to play here.

Wish I could rate this a 0 but I can't. I guess pace of play will never be fixed here. These courses really need to press the matter. You should be able to play this course in less than 2 hrs on a cart. Not 2 hrs for 9 holes. Guess I won't come back here.

My first time at this range and it was a letdown. Only small buckets available for $9 each due to maintenance, so I bought three for $29. The range balls were extremely worn — mostly old Top Flite XL, Pinnacle, and Callaway balls that have clearly been used far too long. I left half behind because they were too damaged to hit. For what they charge, the condition of the balls is unacceptable.

Midweek morning round. It wasnt very crowded. The greens were in good shape as were the fairways for the most part. If your spots were under repair. And if you get too far off the fairway it can get nasty. Otherwise, the price is right to get out and swing a few clubs.

The course is nice and well maintained, but they don't care for the driving range.The targets are old & boring. They have new practice balls but neglects to have them washed/cleaned, coming out the dispenser. Not worth the expense for the price they charge for buckets.

Have been trying to avoid Birch as much as I can, the rates went up yet the quality of the course has gone downhill, some of the greens looked like landmines last time I played. Anyways, I wanted to take my Nephew to the range, Birch was the closest option that had lights. As we walked down to the range, an employee drove by on his cart and said the range was closed. I asked why and he responded with "because of the rain"...it hadn't rained in over a week with 5 minutes of drizzle in the morning that day. Course is a great condition. Greens were nice and firm and clean. Very easy to walk. Very enjoyable layout can’t wait to come back.

Fun little course. Greens are fast and pretty true for an executive course. $24 18 holes with a cart. Might have been weekday twilight. Call ahead. Will go again for sure.

Love playing here. The greens today are in really good shape. Notice some tee boxes getting some needed work. Great place to work on your short game. Can't wait to get beack soon..

It was the perfect place to take my grandson this week. We had fun, we were challenged, we walked, we weren't crowded from behind nor did we wait, for the most part. The greens were pretty well filled with ball-marks, but that seems to be the sign of the times with people no longer repairing their ball-marks. The bunkers suffer the same fate. No one knows how to rake up their mess in the bunkers anymore. All that being said, we were treated well by the staff, the course layout was fun but not overwhelming for a beginning golfer, and overall our experience was positive. Would I return? Of cours…
