Fullerton Golf Course

Though Fullerton Golf Course is a short Par 67 course, but probably the best design one in terms of short course, after playing in more than 160+ different courses. Not because of the artificial beauty, but the fact that it takes very good advantage of the local landscape, Hole 9 is my favorite of the Front 9, big slope on the right of the fairway with trees, you wanna aim left to fend off the trees, but there's a creek on the left, challenging 😘 huh. Hilly & tight with 7 par 3 holes to win you lots of greenies $$$. Hit it straight or you're in trouble on drivable holes. Lots of trees & shade around the course. Steams running through it making the holes more challenging. Love this course

To the General Management of Fullerton Golf Course, I am writing to express my extreme anger and disgust regarding my experience at your course today, Wednesday, March 4th, during my 9:57 AM tee time. What should have been an enjoyable round of golf was ruined by dangerously defective equipment and absolutely appalling customer service from your management. From the very beginning, the golf cart we were given was malfunctioning dangerously. It would accelerate and then suddenly slam on the brakes on its own. This course was surprisingly fun — honestly better than Coyote Hills or Westridge, mostly because I didn’t have to sacrifice eight golf balls to the fairway gods. The layout is actually enjoyable and doesn’t punish you for existing. What was a bit shocking were the carts. They were so dirty I started wondering if they were fresh off an off-road rally. I ended up wiping mine down with my own towel, which now needs therapy. Restrooms were in the same department — let’s just say I’ve smelled better situations. The course is decent, and Nick is an awesome employee. He regularly goes above and beyond for the members and it is obvious he cares about the member experience. 01/2026: Taking off a star. I wish the management would be more proactive in communicating with its members regarding rain closures of the range and changing range hours. 02/2026 Taking off another star. The range is out of range balls too way often leading to long wait times. I don’t understand why they don’t pay closer attention to when they need to pick balls in order for the paying members to have range balls available.

We played at 8:54am on a Sunday morning this last weekend and teed off right on time. Group in front of us kept pace and didn’t have to wait on any hole, including the back to back par 3s on the front 9. For a 5000 yard course from the blues, it didn’t feel like a short course and was surprisingly fun!

Excellent course all around. Great character which uses the hilly land to perfection. The course is a little shorter than most at a par 67 but it offers a nice challenge of par 3's, 4's, and 5's. My favorite part of the course is the seclusion you feel while walking the grounds. The holes snake around the property and through Brea Creek and really transports you away from the city. Tip of the hat to the greenskeepers as the greens were in great shape. In addition, I visited this course on a Saturday, had a 9 am tee time and I was done by 12:45 in the afternoon. We had a tee time for 6:50 go to whole number 10 The back nine my 8:20 there was a line they decided to let to foursomes go in front of everybody on the back nine with no Marshalls and you owners nobody seems to care I recommend bring friends you're going to have to save yourselves you're going to have to fight him it's like the old west out there

Nice open green space to enjoy! Not too busy on the weekdays, tho a bit crowded on the weekends.

After playing a few rounds here, I am truly disgusted that they charge $70+ a round for one of the absolute worst courses in Southern California. There isn’t a single fairway on this course, only rock hard dirt tougher than concrete. Tee boxes are somehow worse in the opposite way? Most of them are crappy weedy grass like you played on in elementary school. The layout also sucks, so I’m struggling to find one redeeming factor about this course.
