In summary

Brookhill Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, and affordable pricing, making it a favorite among locals and visitors alike. The course offers a pleasant layout with challenging holes set against a scenic backdrop, particularly appreciated during the fall. However, some players have noted issues with bunker conditions and occasional pace of play disruptions, suggesting room for improvement in these areas.

Great course and friendly staff. They also have a decent driving range.

The golf course has changed a little over the last few years, but it is always in great condition. I haven't played there in a few years, but yesterday I did and it was in wonderful condition! It's a very playable and enjoyable course!

Amazing golf course! The greens are fast so make sure you slow your putt down😌 Very well maintained grounds. Great customer service in the clubhouse and great prices!

Typically I love this course, play it often. however, Sunday had a poor experience, while on the back 9 we had an older man claiming to be a ranger at the course (not on duty and in a t-shirt of all things) threaten to kick us off the course for slow play (we finished 18 holes FORTY MINUTES!! faster than the course posted pace) The course did open up a bit in front of us however our 4 some was playing behind singles and pairs, and we even let a pair behind us play through. My issue is, if you go to any course in the area they have a ranger at the club house or on the first tee keeping tee ti…

Played 9 holes with my son, granddaughter, and grandson. We really enjoy this course. Prices are reasonable and everyone is very helpful and friendly. We will play there several more times this season.

Golfed 18 on this course on Sept. 4 for my dad's birthday! I love this course... very well maintained; friendly and helpful staff. The greens were spotless - fantastic condition and FAST. Fairways looked great too and it's been really dry so I'm certain some effort has gone into that. Just made a tee time for tomorrow and am sure it'll be a great day at Brookhill!

Had a great round. Still in very good condition, even after the Rantoul Open yesterday. I expected totally bombed greens and they were excellent. Still very fast, which I kind of like. They've cut a lot of trees which is a shame. But it's been a golf course longer than I've been alive I think. Trees are going to die off or get storm damage eventually. Only problem I have is there is zero sand in the bunkers that they still have. So I drop. I'm not hitting dirt or rocks. I don't get paid to play. I love hitting from green side bunkers when they have sand. Absolutely recommend otherwise.

Hadn't played here for about 10-15 year, so had no idea what to expect. Still a good track. The trees are a lot bigger than I remember back then, & they put more of a premium on hitting the fairways. But they do give the course a lot more character. Staff were great, very friendly. Pace of play was very good. We teed off at 7:20 on a Saturday morning & played in just under 3-1/2 hours. All this course needs is some TLC to make it WAY better. Tee boxes were a little rough, especially on the par 3's, but that's not a big issue to me. Greens were slower than most in the area, but rolled pretty tr…

Nice course, and usually very inexpensive vs nearby courses. Some challenging and well designed holes. Staff here is always very friendly and laid back. One of my favorite in the area for sure.

Wish I could give this a better review because staff was friendly but the greens were not well maintained. Grass is too tall and nearly impossible to find a ball that's off the main strip. Lost about 10 balls between me and my partner because we couldn't find them in the high grass and weeds.
