⭐☆☆☆☆ – Bait-and-switch pricing, rude management, and poor course conditions I would not recommend Buena Ventura Golf Course. My experience was disappointing from start to finish, and it was absolutely not worth the time or the money. First issue: misleading pricing on the website. The website advertises $26 twilight golf, which already sounded suspiciously cheap. I called the pro shop to confirm, and the employee told me “yes, that’s the twilight rate.” What was not mentioned is that this price is walking only. The staff is great. The golf course is currently in a rougher state. All of the greens (minus two temporary greens) are in pretty good shape. Still a good place to get a round in

Great to have Buenaventura back open, at least partially with 14 holes. Kudos to their staff for all the effort and work to get everything back in great condition. Fairways and greens are in fantastic shape. Looking forward to getting back out soon. Thank you ⛳️😎🔥👍

They have done a great job after the floods of 3 years ago. Only 14 holes but very challenging. Great putting area and chipping area. No driving range, great place to enjoy a round of golf.

I love this course! I really wish they would fix it, so it won't flood again. I am really worried about that since no improvements have been made. It's been 3 years since the last flood. I wish they would spend the money to build a levee, so this won't happen again. I really wish they would reopen the pro shop and the grill too. I really don't understand why they don't.

Great course with a few drivable par 4s, not much elevation change but the course is in great shape and you can score low if you're shooting well. Great place to fain confidence.

First time there but won't be my last.

Pretty nice condition and layout. At the time I went, the customers were expected to use gross outhouses as a restroom, which is kind of disrespectful. I prefer River Ridge for the overall golf experience.

two puts for Eagle... Made neither. We love this place. Only deal is go on off times because the crowd can be a little much. Yesterday we blew through 18 in no time. So if you catch the time of day right it is hard to beat this coarse. We teed off at 3:15 pm.

great course. challenging greens. great weather. I really enjoyed the 18 holes. about 3 par 5 but greens are great.

In great shape! There are 2 temporary greens on hole 2 and 8. Greens roll true, fairways are in good conditions.

Great design puts premium on iron play and putting. Hopefully they'll find a concessioner for the grille.
