Wanted to play another course near Manchester before heading back to Michigan. Candia Woods was able to get me on. The course had hosted a massive outing earlier and they were still wrapping up. The course is fairly open and level. I still lost a ball in the long grass. But I wasn't the only ones 'cause I found theirs!!

Really disappointed in Candia Woods. I come here multiple times a week to use the range. Played here a ton. I started bringing my 4 year old when he was a baby in a stroller, came with him plenty for 9’s last year. I booked 9 holes today, came down. Brought my son in with me to check in, paid, took the cart down to the range and got a small bucket to warm up. Tee time comes up and I go to the first tee, starter tells me to go inside. They then proceed to tell me no spectators and no kids under 6. Their policy. I asked when they started this policy they said start of last season. I played las…

Bright sunny day. Best of the early golf season and they has us leave the course for possibly lightning. I drove an hour home and it never even rained. Disappointed. Don't ever want to play there again. No commonsense. 5 2 26 So I returned to Candia Woods Golf. I wasn’t keen on doing so, but my golf buddies have been coming here for years. Typical weather for us. A little rain, cold, cloudy, and the sun did breakthrough the clouds and we were allowed to stay on the course. The folks are always pleasant. It was nice to finish the round. 5 2 26. We returned and it was a lot better experience.…

Great course! Challenging greens, they seem to defy gravity. Nice electric carts with built in GPS. Delicious drinks and food at the 19th hole.

My husband and I had our wedding here and were very happy with how affordable it was. They have a Ballroom venue for large weddings and functions but we went with the smaller Evergreen Pavilion for our 60 person guest count. We could have fit up to 100 people. They have a few packages to choose from, so chances are you will find a food menu in your price range. They offer outdoor weddings but have indoor options if it rains. The grounds are perfect for beautiful photos.

Great group experience! We held a 70 person golf outing here yesterday and everyone had a blast! (the course is located right off route 101 so it’s central for attendees traveling from afar) The course was in great shape and the facilities were perfect for our group. Shaun and the staff ensured the event was well run from start to finish, making sure every detail we discussed was carried out. The hospitality staff was great, we had a continental breakfast, drinks on the course and a buffet lunch which everyone thought was delicious! Most importantly the tournament was very well run, Shaun and…

Had my wedding here back in October and Laura was amazing!!!! She was prompt to reply to any emails and was super friendly and helpful. The other staff was super helpful and friendly for the rehearsal dinner and wedding as well. Everything was perfect for our wedding I couldn’t recommend Candia Woods more for your special day. It was 10/10 and we can’t say thank you to Laura enough. She was super accommodating to help make our day special! We had lots of guests say that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been too. It was also great that we stayed within our budget when picking Cand…

I am a Wedding DJ and It was my pleasure to participate in a 10 year anniversary party at the Farmhouse at Candia Woods. I wanted to say thank you to Laura, Allison, Liza and Tracy who made the day so enjoyable and so comfortable for the guests. And for me! It was a pleasure working with this dream team. They were talented, on top of every detail, and so kind, warm and welcoming to the guests! This is a wonderful venue to celebrate your event at! Thank you, Laura, Allison, Liza and Tracy for being so kind and so friendly!! - Curtis

The pace of play was so slow after 4-hours we had to walk off on the 14th. The course needs to enforce tee times and pace pf play. The cost is too high for the quality of the experience.

Course is great! Was stuck with 2 teens who never played a day in their life. Pace of play was ok. 4 hours and 15 minutes for 18 holes was a bit much. $45 for a no show fee! I called the shop days before to see if my mom could just ride with me in the cart and hang out but it was to hot. $45 for a no show fee for someone they were not even going to charge they said. These courses are making so much $$ it's disgusting. I told the guy at the front desk and it seemed like he wouldn't charge me for my mom not showing and just bein a passenger. My bank is now negative because of the no show fee! I…

I visited to use the practice range but didn't play the course, which looked nice enough. Unfortunately, on the website I wasn't able to find the opening times for the range. I did however find two different prices for a large bucket of balls for $12 or $13. On arriving I found the price of a large bucket was actually $14! Not cool. In addition, the range seems very much an afterthought, jammed on a spare bit of rough ground alongside one of the fairways. My major gripe is that there's a large dip beyond the 150 yard marker so if your ball lands between 150 and 190 yards, it's completely unsig…
