Chambers Bay Golf Club is widely praised for its stunning links-style layout, exceptional course conditions, and breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The staff is noted for their friendliness and expertise, enhancing the overall experience. While the course is challenging and requires walking, many recommend hiring a knowledgeable caddy to navigate its unique terrain and fast greens. I had the privilege to play here again recently after 11 years. And it did not disappoint! First of all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The course was in phenomenal condition!! We got lucky with the weather. Advice if you're coming to play for the first time. It is strictly WALKING ONLY! So be prepared to walk 7 miles up hill practically the whole front 9. Also, if you want the best chance to play good. GET A CADDY! Trust me. They're free, but obviously tip them good. They're so knowledgeable of the course. If there was ANY course you needed detailed course knowledge on, it is at C…

Chambers bay is the perfect place to come to clear your mind. If you come early it’s not busy, later in the day is does get pretty busy but never crowded because it’s so spacious. They have these big poles which people can add locks on with writing which is worth seeing. You can walk all the way down to the water and around the golf course. It’s extremely well maintained I’d say it takes 2-3 hours to complete the loop. And there are some pretty steep sections. It’s a good workout and it’s so beautiful. There’s plenty of free parking, restrooms, water fountains (including some for dogs) and a r…

What an amazing golf course. Challenging, fun, and beautiful views! It is a long walk rewarded with the outer worldly bunkers, fast greens, and of course the views of the bay. Highly recommend.

This beautiful, spacious area is perfect for sports, picnics, and family gatherings. You can enjoy jogging, walking, or biking while taking in breathtaking views of the long train and beach, with stunning sights of nearby islands. Don't miss the art locks experience and the chance to play golf too. Enjoy the outdoors and make memories!

Hiking was our reason for going there. A 4 mile loop around the golf course and grounds is amazing. Not only do you have great views of Puget Sound and the Olympics you can watch golfers on the course.

Just a wonderful experience all of the way from checking in to heading out! Here's the highlights: Check in is the usual until you realize they actually put you on a SHUTTLE to head down to the course where you are greeted with a brand new snack shop/refreshment center and range. The range is plenty open (the balls are free with your round!) With baskets to fill at your leisure of Tour Soft balls! Awesome! The food was actually pretty damned amazing, SO GOOD! And they even have their own Chambers Bay Bourbon, I recommend a Chambers Bay Bourbon with Redbull, that'll get you going! The cours…

An incredible golf experience with views for the entire round. If you want quintessential Pacific NW views, this is the place - and it also happens to be a really fun course to play. Hard, but fun and fair.

Best course I’ve ever played. Conditions, layout, staff, etc…. I’ve played most of the top west coast courses with the exception of Bandon Dunes, Crosswater, and Pasatiempo and this is on par or better than Pebble. Definitely worth the trip.

Good food but the deep fryer wasn't working so some items were not available. Lots of parking but if the lot by the door is full, its a long walk away. Restaurant competes with golfers for parking. Close in parking should be limited to restaurant parking only. It would free up more short term parking.

It's been a lot of time thinking here on many different days and always wanted to share a sunset with all my best friends my children who are my best friends. Everybody walking by jogging or running or all peaceful people all talking to family friends very relaxing environment and when they're not talking to someone I kind of wonder what they're thinking do they want to think about the sun setting and how beautiful it is or do they still get stuck in their thoughts about what their day was like. as for me it's a little bit of both with a prayer of a better day tomorrow.

Chambers Bay is a truly iconic golf course. I have walked St Andrews in Scotland, I have been on exotic golf courses in the mountains, by oceans, deep in the desert, and everything you can imagine. This place feels like it found a way to bottle all of those feelings up into one single stunning course. It is a links style course nestled up alongside the sound. The bunkers are vast, sprawling bodies that remind me of the times I played golf deep into the California desert. With elevated tee shots, hard firm fairways, and multicolored greens, you WILL be tested here. Lest we forget Dustin Johns…
