Chandler Park Golf Course

Short and flat, great for walking, course in decent shape but par 3 tee boxes were beat up, nothing fancy, good value $28 for senior walking 18 on a weekday, will play again

Chandler Park is a turf management miracle! After 30 years of playing here, the transformation by the dedicated greenskeeping crew is remarkable. Expect dry conditions, quick and fair greens, and meticulously maintained fairways. The friendly and accommodating clubhouse staff further enhances the experience with a clean facility and delicious food. Highly recommend!

So I’m giving this course 5 stars. This isn’t a high priced place to play, 18 holes with a cart is roughly $30. What a deal! I’m not a talented golfer by any means, but I always enjoy myself here. Everyone who works here is pleasant and the course is very well maintained for not being an expensive place to play. You can’t go wrong playing here.

I’m from Chicago and I loved the course! Challenging because of tight fairways and small greens, but the back half has some driveable par 4’s with hole 17 being 216 par 4! Will definitely come back next time!

Nice course ...I personally don't understand why they jam all the tee times so close together it was like 2 or 3 carts waiting before my turn . I wanted to do the back 9 seeing how I was only doing 9 hole and it was already 2 carts waiting at hole one for the group right infront of them ..but since another group was coming around the turn they made my group wait at the 1st hole.. but other than that the course was damp ..some spots on the course had huge water puddles due to it raining the day before, overall I'll go back and do the entire 18

I played this course since I was 5 years old! It's a great course for beginners and it does provide some challenging holes. The course has been kept up with pretty well throughout the years with tornados and floors altering the environment. I think the price point is fair, it could be better but I appreciate the fact it's the only public course on the east side of Detroit. I'll definitely be back often when I come back home!

Came here for the first time two weeks ago and have been three times since! Great course, great value + a very kind staff. Walk or ride, solo or with friends – you'll have a great time. So nice to have a public course near home!

Enjoyed our round. Course was in good shape, well manicured and green considering our dry weather. Pace of play was OK and the weather was beautiful.

I go to Chandler Park each year for a nonprofit golf fundraiser and it’s always a blast. The golf course is fun and offers beginners a place to learn the game, have fun and not be intimidated. It also gives avid golfers plenty of birdie chances. However, the real star of the show is the grilled all-beef hot dog! Seriously, make the trip out to Chandler Park just to have one of the best dogs in the city and make sure to say hi to my brother, Vince, the grill master extraordinaire! 👍🏻

Had a great time golfing in November the course was fun and well taken care of . The price with cart wasn't bad at all. I'd go back any time

Chandler Park Golf Course was a deeply disappointing experience, largely due to the unprofessional conduct of Edgar, the staff member responsible for assigning golf carts and directing players to the first tee. Edgar displayed a consistently rude, irritated, and hostile demeanor, making us feel unwelcome from the start. His dismissive attitude while assigning carts and providing directions was unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
