Clear Lake Country Club

Great golf course. Wonderful fairways and greens. Some interesting elevation changes. Last couple of holes have views. Nice sandwich at snack bar. This course is in a nice community with pretty homes at the bottom of a lava walled canyon. We saw lots of birds like white pelicans in the water. Everyone was friendly except the older woman at the pro shop. She ignored us for a long time then seemed very perturbed that we were there. Maybe it was just a bad day for her.

Played Clear Lakes in early February 2026 and was honestly impressed. The greens were in great shape, especially for that time of year. The course itself is beautiful with tons of great views throughout. Overall, just a really enjoyable experience — I’ll definitely be back.

Great golf course. It’s super challenging and it’s in a beautiful area. Lots of fish hatcheries and beautiful water.

Great place for golf and great views

Aug 29 25. We spent hours fishing clear lake in our fishing raft. Spotted one sick small rainbow. One dead small rainbow. Fished all the north side outlets. The on line advertising states there are 25 hundred pounds of fish at any time in the lake. After 55 years of fishing I know a productive fishery when I see one. Whatever happened to the stocks is mystery. Easy to say they could manage it like a fishery and not a golf course. The outlet is basically a death trap for any fish that get to close to the out pipe that goes directly to a turbine. Clear lake golf is ripping off the public . Prove…

So beautiful and we had a great time. Challenging course seems to play longer than yardage. But always love a challenge.

Played this course for about 20 years now, always has been a challenging and beautiful course!!! The only thing that i have problem with is the price really getting out of control!!!

We had a great day playing here! It was a little rainy which made it easier to get on last minute. Fun course, fun bar and good food. All the folks working there were friendly and awesome. We will be back!!

A shorter course but the tricky greens make up for it. Oh, and there is OB and or hazard on every hole. The club house and pro shop staff are great. And if that isn't enough, the scenery is awesome.

Beautiful course 9:15 tee time. Never pushed, nor held up by anybody.

Went fishing at clear lake 3-25-25 and what a disappointment the pelicans have cleaned about all the fish out of the lake. Save your time and money and the drive to get there. I have fished it many times before and had a great time, but this lake is now a wasteland. Such a shame 😞
