In summary

Cross Creek Resort is frequently praised for its well-maintained golf course, scenic setting, and friendly staff. However, many visitors express dissatisfaction with the outdated and unclean accommodations, noting issues such as bedbugs, poor room conditions, and inadequate maintenance. While the food and event services receive some positive remarks, the overall state of the facilities and lack of updates are common concerns.

Every Wednesday night me and my friends got treated like a burden for playing 18 holes. We would start at 4 and usually be done by 8 when the sun was still up. But unfortunately the guy in the pro shop doesn't like to stay very late. Don't have twilight golf if you can't golf until sunset. Stopped in Wednesday Oct 22nd at 3:30pm with four guys to golf. It's barely sprinkling outside and we get told they're shutting the course down for the day because of weather. Love the course but the service has been poor at best the last few years. Never anything to snack on in the pro shop either. Do bette…

I was there for a class reunion. The event room for the reunion was very nice and staff was attentive. The hotel rooms were horrible, cobwebs, unclean and very worn. Also, bricks and rocks to hold doors open, that should be unlocked, seem like an unsafe situation. The exterior lighting needs a lot of work for obvious safety reasons. I will absolutely not ever stay at this place again.

We were there for a class reunion. Everything was great. Classmates that stayed there said the rooms were so outdated. I know 1 couple that checked out and went elsewhere to sleep.

Failed to mention on the web site that swiming pool is out of commission. Rates should go down if they don't want to repair it. The whole complex looks run down. Golf couse is not bad but see no reason to stay there.

started coming here about 15 years ago ,part of a group that has been going there fpor 32 years. Have seen the quailty of food, rooms and staff go down hill. Especially so in the last 3 years Was there first weekend of June .Pool not open leaking agian 2 nd time in 3 years. Rooms musty and 1 of the rooms had bed bugs so severe that the leader of our group had to go to urgent t care 2 of the other rooms had backed up drains or water on floor.. We used to joke that the only updates were when something broke, and now they do not even do that. No more ice machines ,have to go to front desk to get ic…

Our group of 8 has been going for 32 years. This year unfortunately our room was horrible , bedbug or insect bites all over my legs on the 1st. Night . Went to Titusville ER , confirmed insect bites. We checked in went to dinner and went to sleep , upon waking up for our 1st day of golf noticed 20+ bites , notified the front desk. Room was re cleaned and new sheets provided. No additional bites the rest of our stay . They reluctantly comped my stay , but likey ruined my summer , as open wounds and pus draining. Was advised by the ER , no pool or hot tub until healed. Asked for a modest amount…

Called to book a room for an out of town guest. I spoke with Joanna at the front desk to arrange for his visit. She was very courteous and friendly. She took care of everything. I spoke with the gentleman and informed him of the arrangements and he was so glad that I was able to guarantee a room. He at that point called them himself to make changes to extend his stay even longer and once again Joanna worked her magic and took care of everything. The organization that I work for was impressed with the service we received that they have decided to do all our bookings with them. Our guest has not…

I have been going here for 18yrs. The course is usually in great shape. The people are nice. The food is not to bad. Must get dessert: brownie a la mode with whip cream and cheeries on top!! I wish they would get more Cross Creek Merchandise in the pro shop or in the 19th Hole, just somewhere. Highly reccomend this place you can't beat it!

The course is challenging but forgiving and always in fantastic shape. The accommodations could use some updating, but other than that I have no complaints and plan on visiting again.

The staff was great and the course is nice and scenic but that is where it ends. The place is a complete dump and way overpriced. We had a three day/two night package that include the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food is so-so. Most places would give you a credit towards the menu vs eating the buffet. The buildings are in horrible conitions with decor going back to the 60's. The main building has a sign that says "no spikes" yet the carpet is in terrible condition with stains all over. The rooms suck with beds that seem to be decades old. Our ac unit ran non stop. The bathroom window b…

We just celebrated the 50th anniversary party for my great aunt and uncle. The room we had was beautiful and let in a lit of natural light. The food was good, rolls were a little hard, but not bad. I'm not sure if there would have been a better place to celebrate. I'm happy at how everything turned out for my family.

The golf course is in good shape a few wierd holes. The food is good and a nice offering of dishes. Now the rooms are absolutely disgusting there were dead bugs in the toilet and in the rooms. In desperate need of updates and cleaning.
