In summary

Dancing Rabbit Golf Club is frequently praised for its beautiful course layout, scenic views, and friendly staff, with many visitors enjoying the well-maintained fairways and greens, particularly on the Azaleas course. However, some guests have noted issues with greens being in suboptimal condition, slow pace of play, and occasional staff management problems, which have impacted their overall experience. Despite these concerns, the club remains a popular choice for its challenging courses and picturesque setting.

Played the Azaleas Course on October 2,2025. Fairways, greens, and tee boxes are pristine! Course could not be in better shape. Good pace of play despite being busy. GPS maps on carts. Pro shop staff very friendly and helpful. On course crews polite and careful not to distract while they work. Price is very reasonable for what you get. Can't wait to come back!

I have always loved this course, played the Oaks today. With that being said, I was a little disappointed in the course overall. The greens on the Oaks were not bad, except for a few With some bad areas. Fairways were good. Looked to be 3-6 weeks post maintenance for the greens.overall, the course was in good condition. They need to step up overall care slightly. 6 on a 1-10 scale.

What happened to the greens? Played the Azelia and was a disappointment. Most had large repaired spots, and extremely sandy. Had already paid $79 asked for a refund or rain check for 9 and was denied. Used to be a great course this is sad to see. Fairways and bunkers were ok, just the greens were unputtable.

I have golfed in all 48 states, and this course is “on par” with the best! The layout is gorgeously created. They have one bathroom station per 9 holes and has an ice /water machine! My only complaint is it didn’t seem top tier maintained in the bunkers (grass) and fairways (dead spots) and the greens were sanded (June). Room for improvement I suppose.

First of all I get to the pro shop and the guy at the desk is asleep and it took me several minutes to wake him up. Being my first time here it would have been nice to have been told where the course and carts were did not feel like a quality golf experience at all. Second the course was cart path only and I had to find that out by asking the started because he didn’t not specify. Third if I’m paying 65 dollars around I should be told the course is in sloppy condition. It was so wet the fairways were muddy and some holes were unplayable from it being so wet. Fourth if I’m paying 65 dollars aro…

Very nice place, played 18 holes on the azaleas. Very nice greens, some tight fairways and some of the best bunkers you can find, not just sandboxes.

This course had it all! The course views were beautiful, the greens and fairways were in great shape, and the people were extremely nice. We will definitely be back for a weekend stay and a few more rounds.

Dancing Rabbit Golf Club – Philadelphia, MS Fantastic course! Greens were in good shape, staff was friendly, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. I can see the club is making improvements by adding more sand traps, which will make it even more fun and challenging. Can’t wait to come back and play all 18 in style next time!

Spoiler alert ...even though the facilities and staff are very nice, the courses are in very poor condition as of May 20, 2025. There are many greens with large sand spots, dead grass, new sod, or large sod cutouts with no sod. Many sand traps had weeds, hard packed and not raked. This was especially true on the Azalea course. Otherwise, if you just want to see a scenic and challenging layout, go for it!
