Date Palm Country Club

55+ country club living at it's best. Pools, gyms, dog parks, club house -even a public restaurant. In the middle of Cathedral City 15 minutes from movie theater, restaurants, bars, Target and Trader Joe's. Well maintained property. Good mix of full-time residents and part time owners. 20 minutes to downtown P.S.

The park is nice but the management is terrible. It took them three weeks and multiple phone calls to get me an answer to something they should have been able to tell me within 24 hours. I can only imagine how long it would take them to schedule anything that requires actual work. God forbid you get a pothole in front of your place or a street light goes out. For your own piece of mind, find somewhere else to live, the management at this park sucks.

Lovely place. They have a huge party room that if your a resident you can plan an event or birthday party or anyting for free. They also have a restaurants that I heard is excellent and I believe they have five swimming pools and two of them are 24 hours a day for swimming and jacuzzi and I love that.

The park is lovely with 5 pools, tennis courts, a golf course, bar and restaurant and I'm sure other amenities i don't know about. The lot rent is pretty steep but the homes go for cheap from what i saw. Pretty nice stay. Friendly guards.

We purchased a home here at Date Palm CC in February of 2019 and love our community, home, and neighbors. This is the best place to live in the area. The homes here are well kept, the grounds are immaculate, the security guards are excellent, the management company is awesome.

Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The price is not worth dealing with this horribly run course with some of the worst management I've ever experienced. Judy was rude, condescending, and downright mean. She even spoke poorly about her own staff. In addition, Judy was unwilling work with my group who booked this course for the main event of our weekend retreat. We paid for 6 golfers with 2 spectators, but were randomly kicked off the course for "insurance reasons" after only two of our golfers had teed off from the first hole.
