We had our wedding at this venue and had the BEST experience. The place was so funky & eclectic. The views were spectacular. And the staff were so professional & kind. We had such a wonderful day.

Great experience at Desert Island with our annual guys golf group. Staff was extremely pleasant, including the pro-shop staff, cart staff, and starter. Drinks at the outside bar after the round was a great way to end the day as well. The course was in great shape. A relatively short course, with narrow fairways and tricky greens can definitely be a challenge. We will definitely be back.

I booked a round at Desert Island Country Club over Presidents’ Day weekend. With so many great courses in the area, what immediately set this club apart was how friendly and welcoming they were on the phone when we called about rentals. I later ran into a booking issue on GolfNow, and the pro shop went above and beyond to get everything sorted—an impressive level of service. The course itself is a beautiful desert layout with scenic mountain and water views. It’s well maintained and offers a fair, engaging challenge for all skill levels. Rentals were in perfect condition as well. Special sho…

Course is in FABULOUS condition. Really an awesome value. Fairways wide and forgiving, turf excellent. Greens were perfect. My only complaint would be the goose poop on certain holes. Our total experience was great and staff very accommodating…..

Easily one of the most enjoyable rounds of my life. Short course but challenging in a number of ways, and in impeccable condition. Highly recommend playing this course any chance you get!

What a great course! Early tee time a d everything was ready to go, range, snack bar and carts with LED lights! Fairways were green, the greens were immaculate and slow at first with the dew then they firmed up and ran better. Great views and the 9th fairway island is challenging! Over all a great course to score very well, if you can keep it out of the water!

Great course and friendly staff! Played here on a beautiful December day at noon and the course was wide open. Great food from the club as well. We will definitely be back!

Desert Island golf course is a high class facility you should play. The conditioning is amazing with fairways that are well manicured and greens that are in super shape. There are a variety of tees to challenge yourself and the architecture of the holes are amazing. Yes, there are a couple of true Island holes. I was paired with two nice golfers and we all had a great time!

Awesome experience playing here. I love the layout of the course and the course conditions were great. The layout of the course was cool because it felt as thought you were playing two different courses. The front nine and back nine had different characteristics to them. Lanny in the pro shop was super friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff was top notch. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Desert Island is a hidden gem... this was our first visit and enjoyed every minute. The entire course was green and not a single brown spot to be seen. The pro shop has a great selection of both ladies and men's apparel, and the prices are in-line with retail vs typical pro-shop rip off pricing. The only downside was we were the first group off and the groundskeepers followed us the entire time with their blowers which was really, really annoying.

Even though the sign out front says Desert Island, all the internal signage is still The S. Lovely course, fairly flat fairways, well maintained.
