As of 2025, the 10 hole perimeter golf course is private, for the use of residents and their guests. There has been a lot of uncertainty about the ownership of the land inside the ring of existing homes. Specifically what might happen to that land and how it would affect the residents. Last year a buyer was interested enough to put in a proposal which was immediately shot down by the city because the buyer wanted almost double the amount of homes to be put in. Great HOA. No assessment horror stories here. We have been here for 4 years and love it.

Nice community surrounding a golf course but the golf course is owned by a developer who will eventually turn it into a construction zone when it is replaced by residential and commercial property. How many years of noise and dust will this create? Wouldn’t buy there at current prices.
