We visited as potential future residents, accompanied and guided by a real estate agent who had not bothered to see the properties...in person...prior to our visit. With the exception of only ONE that we previewed, the next half dozen or so homes that he had identified online only, were either old and in desperate need of renovation or were ridiculously high in asking price. PASS.👎

My sister lives in the retirement community. There is a lot going on not just golf. The pool is so relaxing. We swam in the evening. The lights around the pool were enchanting water temperature perfect. The restaurant had great food. We had lunch there most days

This is a very nice 55 and older mobile home country club with approx 1,940 mobile homes. The Club house has a restaurant, bar, and ballroom with events throughout the winter months. There is also pickleball courts, tennis courts, gym, billiardroom, bocce ball, 18 hole golf course, pro shop, driving range, weight room and I'm sure I'm missing some and also many different clubs to join. 3 heated pools, one large pool at the Club house and a smaller one on the southern end of the park and another kid friendly pool with a small park at the northern end of the park. At this time, HOA's are $400 mo…

Security is an issue in this PARK! My vehicle got vandalized and the General manager lady just laughed it off and told me to my face that "I shouldn't think of this place as Fort Knox because anybody could get in here" the outgoing President was no better and wouldn't even return my calls upon initially trying to deal with the issue! Overall for the $400.00 a month HOA isn't too bad.

This is a wonderful resort and we have been here several times visiting family. This resort has some of the best price homes and especially HOA Fees in this part of the Desert. The staff and especially the restaurant staff are extremely accommodating, friendly and such great waiting staff. The service is amazing 😀 Thank you for always treating us so well. God Bless You All

This is a 55+ gated community where you own your land and HOA dues cover 2 golf course passes. You don't buy tickets to this place. You have to be invited by a resident to play golf. All the amenities are for the residents. There's a restaurant for residents. Real estate agents live in the community and are generally self employed. It's not a business. It's not a resort. But it's my home as well as for 2100 other families.
