We had an incredible experience and are so fortunate to have our wedding here this past fall. We kicked off the weekend with a round of golf on Friday—the course was beautiful, and the pro shop (shout out to Brian and Jason!) was extremely accommodating. Saturday went off without a hitch. Desert Willow in Palm Desert is an absolute standout and offers one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in the area. We stopped in for lunch and were blown away by the setting alone—overlooking the beautifully maintained golf course with sweeping desert and mountain views that feel calm, upscale, and uniquely Palm Desert. Played course on 15 June 2025. Course staff is very friendly and helpful. From the cart guys, marshall, pro shop, and diner. Everyone was top tier. The course has complimentary range balls, good practice greens, and a nice chipping area. The course itself conditions are great also. Tee boxes level, fairways cut nicely, and greens well maintained. These greens roll and roll FAST. The only critique I could say is the sand in the bunkers. Golf course was in great shape. Staff reallly set it apart. It was pretty hot out there and one their attendants found us and offered ice cold towels, which was a godsend. Starter (Mike from Jackson Hole!!) gave us insightful tips before we tee’d off. Helped our pace of play and scoring. All around great day!!!!!!

Fantastic experience on Fireclif course. Good variety of holes with really cool backdrops (foliage, palms, water) on a lot of approach shots. We played in 4h, entire course was in great shape with bathroom and water stations every 3-4 holes. Greens are very reasonable, some movement to keep you focused and receptive to good shots, they're not tabletop fast which is appreciated.

We couldn't get to play this course. You need to book 2 months in advance or there is no tee time. Instead, we had lunch here twice. The food is that good! The service is wonderful and welcoming. Getting a spot on the lower deck in the sun is difficult. There can be a long wait for that. The pro shop is also very well stocked and has lovely pieces. Bought a very nice golf top and bottom. Even if you don't get to golf here, you can't go wrong in feeding yourself here as a treat and looking out at the amazing view of the course. Next visit will be to try to get on the course!

Some of the nicest views in the desert are to be found here. I don't golf, but I have attended number of gatherings here and eaten at their restaurant, and it is quite good. This is an excellent place to hold small events of up to around fifty people.

Excited to leave a 5-star review for Desert Willow. Firecliff was amazing, with a great layout and ideal course conditions. But what stood out more than anything was the amazing customer experience. Ryan accommodated our videographer, miraculously found us morning tee times on short notice, and made us feel like a priority. Desert willow will definitely be a place we come back to for our yearly Palm Springs golf trip. Thank you!

Played both courses, Mountian View and FireCliff. Mountian View was wonderful, played in a littlenover 4 hours, really enjoyable. Watch out for the bunkers though, some have extremely high faces. I was in a couple, and my friend couldn't see me, only saw the ball pop up out of it. We then played Firecliff, this is where a problem popped up. They scheduled a tournament right in front of us. The players were extremely slow, could not finish the round. Called off the play at hole 16, too dark to see. This was also the first day of the course being opened after the refurbished. Above and beyond service. Locked keys and clubs in the car before the round, and Jeff did everything he could to ensure we enjoyed our time here. Course is in top-tier condition and is well worth the money, among the best on our trip. Shout out to Jeff
