In summary

Doe Valley Golf Club is frequently praised for its enjoyable and challenging layout, with well-maintained greens and fairways that offer good value for the price. Many visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the overall condition of the course, though some note areas needing improvement, such as the driving range and occasional maintenance issues. While the food and amenities receive positive feedback, there are mixed reviews regarding the upkeep of certain fairways and the proximity of holes to roads.

Played on 4/15/26, first time there. Staff less than what I would call “friendly”. I wouldn’t say they were rude, but definitely not very accommodating. Enjoyed the course very much. Greens were great, and fairways good. I thought the price was very fair! Definitely plan on playing again soon!

Doe Valley Golf Course is a decent place to play, especially for the price. It’s a good value overall, and the layout makes for an enjoyable round. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The biggest drawback is the lack of a proper driving range. They do have a practice net, but with only two spots, it’s not quite enough when things get busy. The pro shop is pretty limited — you can grab some golf balls and a few clothing items with the course logo, but not much beyond that. Course maintenance could be better, but for the price you pay, it’s hard to complain too much…

Played 18 and really enjoyed the course. It was well taken care of, greens were nice, and the staff was outstanding. Some of the cart paths were a little rough at times if I had to nitpick something. Overall I had a great experience and will return.

Played on 7/23/2024. The course has a weekly scramble I didn't know about so had to play the back 9 twice. Course condition was good. Fairways were good and greens were a little slow but overall good with just a few rough spots. There were some areas along tree lines and roughs that were mud/rock from recent heavy rains but overall very nice course. I'm not a great golfer but shot an 83.

Top notch public/private course! Greens are speedy, hole locations are challenging but reasonable. Fairways are sound but in need of more watering than they are currently getting. Grounds are very well kept! Customer service is pretty good. Carts are a little old, but they "carry the mail". This was my first time there and I am a golf rookie. I felt welcomed from the security guard shack of the subdivision thru the pro shop! The price is fair and reasonable. The pace is reasonable and not Rushed! You'll enjoy your outing!

This could be a really nice course with better upkeep IMO. There are much better courses around for the same amount of money.

The course is in good shape. Lots of watering. Our 19th hole burned down but will be rebuilt soon. The S@T club by the pool is open and has food and a full service bar

What is call a goat course. Greens are good but fairways are like your backyard

Great golf course, but VERY challenging. Tight fairways and greens were tough. But, the course was immaculate

Go anywhere else. Had a light work day and decided to use my golf now app to sneak in a quick round. The hot deal made it seem like its worth a try. Even at $20 it's over priced. Only a few of the tees had grass and the fairways were in worse shape than a mowed goat pasture. Needless to say I called it quits without finishing my round. When I went into the Proshop and talked to the guy working inside he raved about how much better condition fairways were in than a few years back. Maybe its time he went and played a real golf course to see what he's missing.
