In summary

Eighteen Pastures Golf Course is praised for its challenging and unique layout set amidst beautiful natural scenery, offering an adventurous experience for golfers. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, with issues such as poorly conditioned greens, rough fairways, and unreliable golf carts detracting from the overall experience. While the staff is noted for being friendly and accommodating, the course's potential is often overshadowed by the need for significant upkeep and improvements.

This golf course offers a unique and challenging experience with its rugged layout, tight fairways, and tricky greens, all surrounded by stunning forest views. However, the course overall needs more maintenance, and the carts are in very bad condition, which can detract from the experience. While the modest clubhouse and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, those looking for a well-maintained course may be disappointed. Still, for an adventurous round, Eighteen Pastures has its appeal.

It was my first visit to an eighteen hole golf course in a wooded and quiet country village. We 4 players enjoyed this 18 course. It's beautiful natural course. There were many high and low caves In the low mountains. So it was fun, but there was a risk that the power cart would sĺip. On the Greens are not bed. Fair way conditions are normal average. *Please removeval of tree roots on the way to power cart. Requires maintenance. *Please power cart recommends the brakes need overhaul. Green fee is economy.

Ok so this course was so much fun. First time today and I will be back . The layout of each hole is crazy and challenging. Yes it is a bit rough . If this was done up it would be mind blowing. 4x4ing in golf carts 10 out of 10!

Course is not well maintained at all, and there was a wedding ceremony being held ON THE GREEN of the 18th hole. All the chairs and the arch and everything were on the green and the archway wasn’t removed for the golfers after the ceremony. It’s a shame because the layout itself would be very fun and challenging if any money was put into it at all.

I golfed here last summer and this had to be the worst course I have ever played, my golf kart broke down twice, the seat fell off, roof missing. Greens were all dead, garbage everywhere. It would be a beautiful course if it was maintained. I only leave this bad review because I feel like I was ripped off paying over $50 for this course.

Staff are very friendly and Accomodating that is why I gave 2 stars. $48 for 2 just for the golf cart plus green fees is absolutely absurd for the shape of this course. you have to ask the owner which golf cart works because many will not make the round Many stalled golf carts left on the course many greens that you cannot pot many holes, not playable. It’s really a shame. This course has so much potential if somebody put millions of dollars into it and cleaned it up. do not waste your money playing here. There are many golf courses that you can play that are better value.

Every golfer would want to experience the pleasure of playing this Pastures to capture the relaxed ambience of “Nature is Spiritual” and “Spiritual is Health”. The artistry of the owner’s love for golf/ers is abundantly present every corner of the Eighteen Pastures. The fairways and the greens are immaculately groomed and a vast array of the evergreen trees and the seasonal flowers are inspiring “Return to Nature”. IN NATURE, NOTHING IS PERFECT and EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. Every golf swing I took and every stroke I touched, were inspired by the Eighteen Pastures’ peace, laughter, comfort, music,…

Loved this course and value is amazing. Tough course tight fairways. Yes greens are not the best but they will challenge even the best golfers. One of the best views I have seen. Highly recommend.

I called in the night before and had a great chat with the caretaker. He simply said “you’re gonna either love it or hate it”. I walked the course by myself, and when I say by myself, I was the only golfer golfing. It was pouring rain and the clouds were low. The birds were singing, the frogs were croaking and it was absolutely wonderful being that secluded in nature - golfing. Bring an extra ball for every hole you plan to play. I made some amazing shots through tight narrow tee box, water hazards, and hills were your ball disappears - but I also lost many balls in the ravines, creeks, ponds,…

I played there today (August 20th 2024) and it was my first time there. The good: course layout is tricky, challenging and humbling which is fun. Theres a few holes where you can bomb a drive down a hill and the height of Tee box to where your ball lands can make you feel like even a bad shot went far. That being said let’s go over the bad: like many have said the conditions are terrible. I went to the first tee box and asked myself, where am I shooting, as you couldn’t tell where the course went as everywhere you looked there was no “fairways” just yellow and brown grass. The greens are not…
