Emerald Hills Golf Course

Man, you need to climb up and down hills every hole, and we're talking about 25ft up and down hills, probably the most in and decline 9 hole course ever. Except Hole 1 with a big slope and you don't get to see the green from tee box, not much design here but surely it's a fun mountain climbing plus golfing.

Service was top notch…highly recommend for the service alone!! The course is okay, very walkable but does have some steep grades, riding carts are only allowed for members...push carts are okay. It’s a public course and shows as such. But, it’s a great 9 hole course with about 1.5 hour round time.

Fun nine hole par three golf and Disk Golf course. Golf course ranges from 100 to 190 yards and recent renovations include very well maintained greens. Disk Golf course was recently added and features two distinct pin placements on each hole so you can play a full 18 holes. Note that this course is very hilly. Carts are available at reasonable prices.

Nice little course to play with. Average conditions, nice staff. I gave it two stars because I had reserved online for a rate they priced at ($18/person). However, when I got there, they had told me the price is $27. I had booked it prior, but had I known that I would not receive the rate I expected, I would have played elsewhere.

Best Par 3 Golf Course on the Peninsula! Beautiful surroundings and welcomed play at all levels. Weather you are just learning the game of Golf or are trying to get that official "hole-in-one", this is the place to go!

Great little course focused on accuracy over strengt. Spectacular bay views on the last 4 holes. Basically no players on a sunny November Saturday morning.

Recently visited with friends, but the club house seem too old and disorderly for photos. All courses are unreasonably designed and some staff members were taking excessive risk in performing their job. There are additional barricades at the entrance. Not safe to visit right now.

I love this course. 5 times a week is average. My golf is lousy so I am happy when I get an occasional par on a hole. The deer and the hills just add a dream world effect to playing here. And at my age some times I do not have the energy to play the whole course but I would rather play here then most other courses.

I’ve been going to Emerald Hills Golf Course for years and have always respected the honor system—often paying after the round or using the drop box. Every time, I’ve entered the pro shop using the ramp. I didn’t even know there was another door—there’s no signage indicating it. On this particular visit, the ramp was closed and there were employees up on the balcony. I figured the pro shop was closed, so I proceeded to the drop box like I’ve done in the past. This is a fun course but it's challenging. Lots of hills and little greens so bring your best game. Today I actually made a hole in one on the 8th hole. Going out for a cold brew to celebrate.

It's a tough disc golf course, due to the fact that your disc can potentially roll down the hills, onto other courses and send you walking the opposite way of the basket. Hole #1 is the best one, so it's nice to start with a bang. Overall it's a great course and I have been there 2 times already and plan to keep going, I highly recommend it for locals that live nearby if you're willing to pay.
