Escena Golf Club is widely praised for its beautiful course conditions, stunning views, and friendly, accommodating staff. Many visitors appreciate the course layout, which offers a mix of challenges while remaining forgiving and enjoyable. The club's amenities, including the restaurant and patio, receive positive feedback, though some guests note the lack of a full driving range and occasional service issues.

Good golf course in excellent condition with a distinct Palm Springs flair. Staff are great and the restaurant looks very good but I didn’t sit down for a meal. The neighborhood outside of the country club is actually sketchy, unlike say, Mission Hills or Indian Wells. Regarding the course, it’s slightly poorly designed. One of my photos below is the par 3 third hole. The several bunkers around the green are not in play and it’s mostly the same for the entire course. The course is too easy. It doesn’t punish a bad shot, so it takes away a significant part of the game. Overall, good golf course…

Scenic views at every turn and a great course with a mix of bunkers, waste areas and water to challenge your game. Greens are always in nice shape and roll true. Convenient location to the airport and a very hospitable staff keeps me coming back every year. Pace is always moving and plenty of water jugs, beverage carts and restrooms while you play. Check out this gem on your next trip!

Escena is a beautiful course and the team is amazing. Everyone that works there is very kind, helpful and ensures all guests are accommodated. Deb in the pro shop is fantastic and puts a smile on your face whenever you see her.

Fantastic golf course that is appropriately priced in relation to the other public courses within 10-15 minutes. You'll hardly notice the fact that there's a commercial airport next door. Course conditions were excellent, as was pace of play. Fairways great. Greens were a little on the slower side, but not too slow. This course is very forgiving off the tee, very scoreable, and not difficult. Downside is the practice facilities. Just a range cage and a small short game area.

Played course on 15 September 2025. Course has good practice facilities. Only down side is they don't have an actual range. You hit into a net. But that's not a con in my opinion. The course was in great condition with green fairways, smooth greens, and some of the best bunkers I have ever played in Cali. The course layout is fairly difficult but not dreadful. Course staff was friendly and very informative. Definitely will be back to play this course if the opportunity comes. Highly recommend.

We just visited the club house for brunch as we were looking for a good spot to view the game. We landed across this place and were extremely delighted. The food was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was super accommodating. However, one man in particular Alex was just a gem. Shared some insight with us about the town for our trip. Treated us extremely kind and made sure we enjoyed our food. A must stop place!

Great course, great views. Was a fun layout and while the par 3s kicked my butt, thoroughly enjoyed

Escena Golf Club meant so much to my husband, Chris over the last few years. He truly loved playing here and always had such a great time. The course is beautiful and always kept in amazing condition, but what stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring, especially knowing he was going through a terminal diagnosis. They made him feel welcome and treated him with such compassion and respect, and I will never forget that. Thank you for giving him such special memories. And to the nasty person who left this note on his sports car…take no…

Visited with a group during our trip to Palm Springs. The views were definitely the highlight, stunning setting and a perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The food/service didn’t quite live up to the scenery. It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just a very average one. The dishes were okay. Lovely place for a drink and a sunset.

Fun and challenging course. Very well maintained, good design. A few holes are narrow. Only knock is the driving range is into a net with old yellow balls that leave a mark on your club face when hit

What a fantastic track! The course was in great shape and place of play was on par at 4 hours. We loved the lay out of this golf course and we found the greens to be forgiving and pleasant to play. Unfortunately the service on the patio was not good. After I manage to wave a server down, he indicated he would be right back… and he never did come back! I ended up going inside and ordered our drinks directly from the bartended - who was very good. Great golf and I highly recommend this course.

Great quality grounds, on par with the best in Palm Springs, all at an affordable rate. Replay rate was less than half of my morning round. I would have liked if the beverage cart came around a bit more often (usually once per round) but that's small potatoes. My only true complaint is the lack of a driving range (you're hitting into a net). Otherwise, this is top notch and should be on your list. Also, the food is great.
