In summary

Falmouth Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, accommodating staff, and a layout that caters to both beginners and experienced golfers. The course offers a good balance of open fairways and challenging holes, providing an enjoyable experience for many. However, some visitors have noted issues with the pace of play, suggesting a need for better course management and the presence of rangers to address slow play. Additionally, there are occasional concerns about the booking process and on-course amenities.

Lost my pitching wedge on the course and hoped that the players behind me would’ve picked it up . No such luck .The staff member let me go back on a cart to look for the lost pitching wedge . No luck there either. I left my name and number with the staff and I received a phone that evening that my lost wedge was found. Nice personal service !

Great Golf course. I'm on the beginner side of things and found this to be a very enjoyable course. A lot of wide open fairways that gave me some room to work with, and some challenging areas as well. Everything was in good condition, and it was a great place to play.

Fun course, but some suggestions to make it even better. Water stations or vending machines on the course would be welcome, especially when the heat index reached 100 today. Parking lot was full, but no beverage cart was operating. I think the course is missing a revenue opportunity. Also, many of the ball washers were missing. Finally, no marshall was on the course managing the slow pace of play. Little things, but combined they make big difference in the overall experience.

We had a fabulous 4th of July playing 9 holes. Really enjoyed this course.

I routinely play the Talon, 9-hole, course. Good greens, fairways are generally good depending on sun and rain, and the staff is pleasant. What bugs me? Booking a tee time online. I cannot believe that it’s 2024 and you still have to key in THE ENTIRE CREDIT INFO EVERY TIME. Do better.

I will never go there again. For many years I have gone there and waited for play to be reasonable. Today was just too much. I played 9 holes and it took 2 1/2 hours. This is obscene. They have needed a ranger for years. They have to get one or no one will play there. It is NOT worth it. I was hasty with this review. Matt Burgess responded right away to me. Every business has off days and what makes a great business is how they respond. Matt has been helpful and thoughtful. I will be going back

This course has really improved over the last 5 years. Wide forgiving fairways. Very little trouble, and a relatively easy track that has some challenges. Very well maintained, although the greens were slightly slow when I went in early June, but that's typical for the time of year. The staff was great and very accommodating. They offered a discount for military and service members which was great to get a free cart. Highly recommended.

Probably the best courses I’ve been to at this price range. My wife and I played the 9 hole course and had a great time. Greens in beautiful shape, nice fairways, a good course for all skill levels. Will definitely be back!

Pace of play is very poor. Over 4 hours for a round on a Sunday afternoon. Relatively affordable/forgiving course so will attract many beginners. Greens are in great condition.

Really nice course in great condition. Played the 9 hole course with fairly open fair ways but still some challenging hole locations. Easy booking process and friendly service and folks out on the course. Will certainly play again.

Went out on Labor Day hoping for a fun round of golf. Started 30 mins late due to back up. Waited sometimes 20 mins between holes. No rangers on site to make golfers speed up pace. We were paired with one gentleman who was so frustrated he walked off at hole #4. We quit after 9 holes, and 3.6 hours. Saw cart girl only once and she had no drinks. Complained at clubhouse about what would have been a 7 hour round had we played all 18. Gentleman behind desk said that he felt that was a reasonable pace of play. Will never go back. How hard is it to hire rangers to regulate play? Clearly overbooking…

Course is in amazing shape for the amount of play they get. Greens were spectacular. Early morning round finished in 3.5 hours. Whether you play the 9 or the 18 hole course, you’ll get great value for the money
