In summary

Fort Kent Golf Club is praised for its well-maintained, challenging 9-hole course that offers spectacular views and a friendly atmosphere. The clubhouse staff and amenities, including a fully stocked bar and a menu with standout items like a fresh tuna melt, receive positive feedback. While the course is generally well-regarded, there are occasional criticisms regarding the pace of play due to groups of members not allowing faster players to pass through.

I had a great time playing here. It's been dry lately but the course was still a ton of fun to play, and offered some breathtaking views. The folks in the clubhouse are friendly, and the bar is fully stocked with whatever you need to eat or drink. Looking forward to going back.

Stopped in for lunch so I can only rate on that part of our visit. Five of us had lunch, the staff and patrons were very friendly. Normal grill items on the menu with a few exceptions, one was a tuna melt which was fresh and delicious, the fries and burger were good as well. Looking at the course, it looked to be in great shape and well maintained. Hopefully we can play on our next visit.

FUN! Reasonable 9 hole course. The course has some challenging holes. Has a driving range. Greens are very fast and the view is spectacular. If you're around the area it's a must see. Highly recommend!

Do not get a membership here... the old members run the course, and have zero golf etiquette. They get together in groups of 5 or 6 and won't let a single play through, and if you complain or try to play through to the next hole they call the clubhouse to get you kicked out, it happened to me today... They need to realize that once the old people can't play and the younger generation is needed for support to keep it open, those old people won't be there to help them anymore...

Not bad for the north woods of Maine. Greens are a little rough.
