In summary

Geneva National Resort is highly praised for its well-maintained golf courses, spacious accommodations, and attentive staff, providing a luxurious and scenic getaway. Guests appreciate the quality of the amenities and dining experiences, particularly at the Turf Kitchen + Tap. However, some visitors have experienced issues with communication regarding amenities and room cleanliness, which affected their overall stay.

We rented a cottage for 12 for the long weekend. It was amazing! Two beds per room allows for extra space. The build-ins are amazing. The renovations are wonderful! It's very scenic here! Showers and rooms are very spacious. The staff was very friendly and courteous! One thing to know, if GPS doesn't send you to hwy 50, you're going to the wrong gate! It's only 7min apart so it's not too bad. Book here and get some R&R! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to repeated miscommunication and unavailable amenities. Before arrival, we were never informed that the suites we booked were located nearly a mile away from the main resort. At check-in we were then told the pool would be under construction starting Sunday at noon. One of the main reasons we booked a resort was to enjoy the amenities, so learning this only upon arrival was frustrating. We were told we could still use the pool Sunday morning before noon, so we adjusted our plans around that. However, on Sunday morning I was informed by…

Place is clean, rooms are huge and have great amentaties, staff is friendly, they pay attention to details, and have a wonderful team! Stayed here for a birthday and the staff was so sweet with all the special recognitions we recieved thoughout our stay. They treated us like family, a experience you only get usually at luxury hotels! Thank you, Geneva National, we appreciate the experience you gave us! We look forward to seeing you next time

The website is very misleading and the fact that they market themselves as a resort is a big stretch. We stayed at The Lodge and everything is very spread out that shuttles are required to get to the other parts of the "resort". The rooms are nicely appointed but it almost seems like they ran out of money to complete the new decor as many things are missing. Housekeeping by request only. The Italian restaurant was rough to say the least. The 1 bartender on a Friday night was doing her best with little support. Our food arrived cold, but we didn't say anything given her efforts. No background m…

I went for a school field trip and the service that was offered was fantastic. They helped us learn about the different services that Geneva National had to offer. The Staff helped us learn about their respective positions and how their experiences vary from each other, and how they relate. I had a great time visiting Geneva National and I think you would too.

The Palmer course was beautiful - and lunch was incredible - ask for Robbie. He recommended the prosciutto and grilled peach salad - it was a 10/10 and their iced tea was fantastic (coming from a southerner!). Will definitely be back as soon as I can! The Dancefloor is also a blast.

We stayed in the Treetop room, 5104. It’s kind of dark in the evening down the road leading to the room. Maybe an emergency (security) button could be put on the path. Love the room, the location and the staff. Please add microwaves to the suites.

Loved it! We were scheduled to play The Brute in the afternoon that day but decided to stay and play Trevino instead. Had a great time! Flawless course!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. It’s a large property and we really appreciated the help navigating the grounds from the front desk staff. We stayed one night in a suite. The room was spacious but not as clean as we’d expected. There was hair on the shower wall, foot prints visible in the bathroom on the tile, toilet paper roll had like 10 sheets on it and was folded over in a neat design rather than changed, and stains on one of the beds top sheets. For the price we paid I would’ve expected more effort. We just ended up removing the sheets and cleaned up on our own since…

My husband and I spent 2 nights at Geneva National during a snow storm, and we had an amazing experience! The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the food was great! The property was beautiful, especially with the snow :). We will definitely be back!
