In summary

Golf Caughnawaga is often praised for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and well-maintained course, which many find challenging yet enjoyable. The course's layout, particularly the par 3s with water hazards, receives positive feedback, and the clubhouse amenities are appreciated. However, some visitors have noted issues with course maintenance, such as bare tee boxes and long rough, as well as slow pace of play and occasional staff rudeness.

I only got to play the front 9 cause I had a late tee time, but the staff was amazing. The course is in great shape. The clubhouse is beautiful, the carts are clean. The price is good. This course is so close to me and idk why I haven’t been coming here. I feel like I’ve been missing out! The par 3’s are challenging with water, the greens are elevated and protected by bunkers. The fairways are in great shape. Super grateful for this family run course that chooses to charge reasonable prices cause they could charge a lot more and they would have every right to. This is gonna be my new regular…

This was my home course while living in Montreal. Great staff that remember your name. The course is always in great shape.

Left to go live in Vancouver for 15 years and only just returned to Montreal this year. I was excited to get the chance to play here again after all this time but was really disappointed when I arrived. The tee offs had barely any grass on them. The fairways, sand traps and rough were poorly maintained and there were brown patches everywhere. On one tee off my partner actually took a small hammer out of his bag to get his tee into the ground it was so hard. Sad to see a once beautiful course neglected like that. Won't be playing here again, it's not worth the money. They have just let it go. D…

First time playing there. It just happened to be the day they were demolishing the old clubhouse. Very impressed with the course and how many golfers they went through for a mid October round. Looking forward to visiting again in the summer.

Decent course. However, the guy at the tee off was not polite. We told him it was one of my first games of the season and he put a lot of pressure… we were there playing at 6 pm on a weekday

I play over 60 rounds of golf each year and have never felt compelled to leave a negative review - until now. Unfortunately, Golf Caughnawaga truly warrants one. This course was terrible and not worth the cost. The greens, fairways, and bunkers are poorly maintained, and many of the tee boxes are bare with little to no grass. The rough is so long that you have a hard time trying to find your ball. It’s clear that minimal effort is put into course upkeep. To make matters worse, both the starter and marshal were rude with attitude. Even for free, I wouldn’t never play this course again!

Played on Saturday & Sunday this past weekend and had a lot of fun! Sure this is a tight 18-Hole with people yelling fore more than usual but once you realize that it is great and makes the day interesting to say the least! Great spot for beginners to play! The staff at this course during my trips were quite pleasant and the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic!!

Not expensive but you get what you pay for.Not in great shape. It took almost 3 hours to play 8 holes.5th hole was backed up with 3 groups.Tried explaining this to starter and asked for a rain check for the back 10 as it was taking way to long..6 hour round on a Monday doesn't make sense. The starter responded not our policy to give rainchecks. I explained we have played over 10 rounds this year at his course and wouldn't be back.STARTERS ANSWER: Sorry you feel that way.Great customer service!

Most friendly staff. The course is relatively easy, except for the 6th hole. I always skip it. Great 19th hole, with very good prices. We are repeating golfers. An easy drive from Montreal. I’m
