TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Don’t even bother to call because the last hour I just went through was INSANE. First I called because I wanted to book one of their “forfaits” which their site says to call and there’s no where on their reservation site to add the deals, i was met with rudeness and was told I have to book online. So I try again and it clearly mentions to call for these deals. So I call and I get a newer gentlemen who wasn’t rude but clearly did not know what he was doing, first he confirmed the price which seemed normal with the prices mentioned on their site and her confirmed that…

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay, mostly due to the condition of our room. Both the hotel and our room were very cold, and the floor in the room never warmed up—without slippers, it was extremely uncomfortable. The heating system was very loud and constantly turning on and off, making it hard to rest. The bed was also uncomfortable, as you could clearly feel the springs. Noise was a major issue. You can hear everything in the hallways, including children running around (we were there on New Year’s Eve, which we understand), as well as very loud luggage carts that clearly need mainten…

I'm VERY disappointed by my week end ! We book for a nice retreated weekend spa with complet diner at the in hotel restaurent, massages and request TWO bed when booking. Nope we got an awful pull up couch !!! that thing and sleeping on a brick would have been the same! But what a bad surprise to discover the hotel was at the same time book by SIX hockey teams of 12yo kid's. They where playing hide and seek in the corridor, knocking on rooms doors candy everywhere on the floor and screaming. During the massage we could hear again their scream. Went to the pool, BAD mistake! there was at least…

Booked a New Years brunch buffet with the family, but were severly dissappointed with our experience. We made sure to ask if the type of buffet when calling to reserve, considering the occasion, and were informed that it would be an "elevated" style. Unfortunately, halved hard boiled eggs, tater tots, wet scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon and dry pudding chaumeur do not generally qualify as "elevated". Although it is a buffet, there was also a lack of table service having to get our own water and juice and even clear our own plates from the table on multiple occasions. Take care to inspect you…

Very disappointed with our stay at your location; Went to relax for a Birthday weekend; booked almost 6 months in advance. One was supposed to have VIP Drinks when arriving; had to go back to request them. But it's kind of pointless when there is no bar, and they are good for the restaurant; but the restaurant was all booked anyways; tried a couple of times for dinner; after going over the menu for 5-10 minutes; to find out we could not eat there anyway. because there was not room. But the thing that upset us the most was when we took off for the day on Sunday around 10:am; the cleaners were ac…

Nice location. Loved the kayaks and the little lake and outdoor pools. The indoor pool and hot tubs seemed a little grimy, wish they were cleaner. Our room had a lot of ants, they crawled into our bags, and one of our mattresses felt old and sagging. Nice hotel but a bit rundown

We stayed at Hotel Cheribourg but the Manoir des Sables is the larger, sister site, with more accommodations, a bigger pool, kayaking, pedal boats, and spa services. The hotel staff are super friendly; the masseuse gave me exercises to help my bad hip. The Manoir has a wonderful restaurant with local choices. Highly recommended!

So glad to have found this spot through booking.com when looking for a halfway meeting place for each family. We are having a blast. The pool, lake, grounds, rooms, restaurant are all impeccable. We REALLY appreciate the pool towel service available and the water activities and equipment included. All 6 of our party are enjoying the stay . Every staff member we have encountered is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Very much appreciated. We'll definitely consider returning again.

Overall our stay was relaxing. Spent time with family from out of town. Room was cozy and I liked the fact it had a fridge and microwave and plenty of space for clothes/belongings. The view was amazing and the amenities were great. Only downfall was that the amenities need to be maintained better. The hot tubs inside and outside are a bit dirty and not scrubbed down enough it seems. I'm pretty sure the sauna had cockroaches in it and many of them. We noticed as soon as we opened the door there was bugs crawling all over the place. That was a huge disappointment! Hopefully it will be cleaned ou…
