In summary

Golf Mont Cascades is praised for its picturesque setting in the Gatineau hills, offering challenging and well-maintained greens with interesting holes that provide a mix of difficulty. Visitors appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the scenic views and wildlife. However, some guests have noted issues with the tee boxes and fairways being dry or uneven, and a few have experienced slow pace of play due to closely scheduled tee times. Additionally, there have been mixed reviews regarding the venue's suitability for events, with some concerns about service quality and amenities during weddings.

Was my first time golfing in general and came here this fall with my friends we had a great time. Golf course was beautiful, and staff was very nice and gave me great tips for which way I swung. Excellent service! Really enjoyed playing golf with my friends here and if I am back in the area I will be back to improve my golfing abilities!

Great round of golf today with my buddies today. Greens we're fast and beautiful. Tee boxes need some work. Food between nines was amazing. I went for the BLT with and egg. What a huge sandwich. My friends went for the Buffalo wraps with fries. Very nice as well

Had a great experience playing today. This is a very hilly course with fantastic views and challenging elevated greens. Although the fairways and tee boxes were dry, this allowed the ball to roll greater distances. The greens were maintained well which still allowed for soft landings.

Beautiful course that give you challenges when you least expect it. We had a beautiful day and wonderful time. They have one of the most amazing patios for a little brew at the end of your game.

The course was in pretty good shape overall. Tee times are booked too close together I think, our round took 5 hours. Blue tee boxes were rough, but everything else was good. Greens were very fast. Would have been nice if they had a beverage cart out or warned you before teeing off. Clubhouse also was closed for food at 6pm, which was pretty disappointing. Overall it was an enjoyable course.

Golf at Mont Cascade is a very pleasurable experience! The staff could not be more helpful. The course has a great mix of both long and short holes. The par 5s on the back 9 are exceptionally strong.

This course is priced fairly for what it is. My main complaint is that the course was rock hard basically everywhere. The ball was bouncing like a bouncy ball, even off the fairways/greens, to a comical degree. I looked now via the Garmin App and I hit a 7 iron 218 yards because it rolled about 50 yards, all the way over a green. I usually hit it about 175-ish. Other balls bounced who knows which direction post impact. It was like the entire course was a cart path. Aside from that you have the usual goat track issues, like tee boxes that are uneven/minimal grass, hard bunkers, patchy fairways…

A challenging picturesque course void of hustler and bustle where various wildlife abound, but they won't disturb your shot.
