What a terrible experience it is at this place. The lady who works there really needs some customer service training, it's not 1950 anymore... She didn't even let me finish my sentence on the phone, cutting me off and rudely responding with a definitive - "NO WE WILL NOT ACCOMMDATE ANYTHING YOU'RE ASKING" ( I simply wanted to know if my girlfriend who doesn't golf could drive the cart or if I'd have to pay for her, which I would have... )I guess they're booked solid all morning, afternoon and evening on a Tuesday in May. I hope whoever owns this place realizes that employees like her will cost…

Horrible experience playing here. The course is good for beginners and good overall, but the customer service is the worst I have ever had and I am not joking! Completely unacceptable the behaviour displayed by the receptionist. Made me and my friends feel completely unwelcome. Not worth coming here at all! Avoid this place and find yourself a different club. There are more than enough others ones that I will NEVER be returning here!

I had very bad experience here today. The terrain is good but the customer service is very rude! I don't think they are welcoming the people with less experience. Instead of advices, she questioned us how long have practiced and tell us that we will waste others' time. We understand her concern, but how she knows how long it will take us to play best ball? After finishing 2 big baskets on drill, She even questioned us: do you have club to play?!! I really feel embarrassed here. Is it because we are not local people?
