In summary

Green River Golf Club is praised for its scenic mountain setting, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff. Many visitors enjoy the course layout and the quality of food at the on-site Pub & Grille. While the course conditions have generally improved, some players note issues with the pace of play and occasional maintenance concerns, such as gopher holes and ball marks on the greens.

Green River 💚 has shown a lot of improvement with their greens and fairways since the last time I played this course. Pace of play was the only concern as we got backed up around hole 13-18. It wasn't bad though, because everyone was having a good time in our group. Fairways had a good feel, the rough was a little bumpy in areas.

And then there’s the food at the Pub & Grille—honestly one of the best parts of the day! The breakfast burritos are legendary (loaded, flavorful, and the perfect fuel for 18 holes), and the tater tots are crispy perfection. The menu hits all the right notes with juicy burgers, wings, tacos, sandwiches, salads, and hearty plates that satisfy post-round hunger. This place also hosts many events for all occasions as a bonus a phenomenal view.

It was a nice sunny day on the course. Green River is a nice course to play. It's maintained and not to difficult of a course with a couple long par holes. 1st time in a while since I last played there and never disappointed when I do.

This place is great. During the summer seaso, it is nice and cool. It is windy, so it feels great. Green surface is in great shape and sand trap has beautiful white sand in it. Staff here are great and professional.

Fairways and greens were in good shape, lots of unfixed ball marks but that's on the players. Bunkers are the best I've ever played at a public course. Started behind schedule and pace was slow for a tee time just after 7am, but that felt like more of a groups ahead of us problem than anything. 56 to walk on a weekend morning is hard to beat for what I got out of the place.

Green River was fun as always. The pace of play was a bit slow, but it was mostly because of the foursome in front of us. There were a lot of ball divots on the green, more than usual. That's not the courses fault. That's on the players.

This golf course is challenging. Some holes over 500 yards from the blue tees. Not too much Hazzard. Courses are somewhat open. However the trees to play if your tee shots are off. The greens are well groomed and play fast. Hole placement is excellent. 12 holes on first half and 6 holes to finish off. Price for a round and a golf cart are real good. The pro shop has a variety of items and excellent prices. Check it out

Looking for a wedding venue. This was our second place. The indoor rooms look great and roomy. The outdoor area is ok. However, there are train tracks with cars on one end, the freeway behind the arches on the other end. Power lines showing. If that is not a concern to you, this place is pretty good.

Don’t just go by price… This course is great. I would highly recommend when you go start off on their huge putting green you’ll need it for later on the greens, they’re fast and true read.. Pace of play is no problem. I recommend for all handicaps

Not a bad course to play at - easily got tee time, played early. Need some improvements with facility and to give them some credit, they’re currently rebuilding holes and saw the bunkers will be filled with powdered sand. This should be a better course in a few months.
