In summary

Hemlock Ridge Golf Course is widely praised for its well-maintained greens and fairways, friendly staff, and affordable pricing, making it a popular choice for both casual and seasoned golfers. The 9-hole layout offers a mix of straightforward and challenging holes, catering to a variety of skill levels. While most visitors enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, there is a notable complaint regarding an unpleasant interaction with management over pace of play, suggesting occasional issues with course communication.

Very well maintained course. Great prices and a great 9 hole course.

This local nine hole course has good prices, friendly staff, and is always a good time. The fairways and greens are in great shape this year with all the rain we got this summer. A couple of short fun holes, and a couple of long holes, some holes are straightforward, others are challenging, they have something for everyone.

This course is a nice family run laid back place to play. The greens are always in great shape regardless of the weather. I don’t know how they do it but kudos to their small crew. Great value.

I've played this course for over 40 years. Friday night was a couples League I knew most of the people and had a great time. This 9-hole course can be a lot of fun and if you don't play well at least you have friends to talk to.

Very nice 9 hole course. Walked 9 holes in under 2 hours. Not a stuffy atmosphere. Very nice people. Greens could be better but give it a couple weeks and it should green up nicely.

I have to say…I have played this course 3-4 times in the last year since I discovered it was a good place to meet my brother half-way between Boston and the Hartford area to get together and play a round of golf. We have always enjoyed the course…until today. When we arrived, the clubhouse manager was very nice and thanked us for calling to say we would be late and sent us out to play (FYI…no mention of any League or tournament play this afternoon). We played the first hole and by the time we got to the 2nd tee the group behind us had already pulled up to the tee box. Very odd as we had just s…

Fun 9 hole course in sturbridge. Challenging around the greens as a lot of them are elevated. Course was in great shape when we played in september.
