In summary

Hunters Glen Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, diverse and enjoyable layout, and friendly staff, with many visitors highlighting the beautiful Northwoods setting and reasonable pricing. The course offers a mix of links-style and traditional holes, catering to various skill levels, and includes amenities like a driving range and putting green. However, some golfers have experienced slow pace of play and occasional mechanical issues with carts, which have affected their overall experience.

Excellent golf course. Great rolling layout with a mix of links-style and woodsy architecture. Some nice challenging holes along with a few good chances to score well on. Red, white, blue & black tees. Nice big flat tee boxes. Big greens and bunkers. No "pro shop". They run the golf operations right at the little bar inside the clubhouse. Some young ladies working were nice and knowledgeable. Nice driving range and putting green. Good signage on each hole. Didn't notice a beverage cart but played later on a Sunday. All in all, one of the best bang for your buck golf experiences. Will be back.

Liked the coarse but wow 4 hours for 14 holes before we had to leave it would have been a 5 hour 18 hole game its insane when we normally walk 18 in 2 and a half hours. Idk but golfs not fun when your waiting 10 to 20 minutes at a hole for your turn.

This course was well designed, manicured, and above all accommodating. I happened on it by chance while planning a bachelor party and it turns out the groom’s grandparents golfed here frequently. I can see why as it is a great variety of driving, placement, and scenic holes! Mechanical failures sidelined many carts and the staff worked their butts off finding us carts to play, despite the very reasonable bar tab… but we had a great time and would highly recommend this course to any skill level! Genuinely fun course that we look forward to playing again.

Great course and friendly staff! For as little rain as we have had so far this season, the main areas of the course where you should hit the ball were all in great shape. Nice, challenging layout without being punishing. You'll usually benefit from playing for position rather than distance off the tee. If you're up north for the weekend, you should definitely consider booking a round at Hunter's Glen.

First time at this course. Sunday rate was fantastic for a course like this. Sand traps were very rocky, we just took free lifts out of them. Oddly, clubhouse sent groups to the back nine, even though groups were making the turn from 9?

We normally love this course, great design and well kept but our last time there we actually had to push our cart by hand because it said we were in a "restricted area" despite us being on cart paths. It's ridiculous to have to push a cart you're paying $35 for. This happened multiple times, all on cart paths.

Friendly staff, nice 18 hole course. The golfers were very good about letting my husband and I play thru.

Nice course with some challenging holes. Well all the hole are challenging for me. I am a little above a beginner. The people in the clubhouse are great the food was pretty good and the drinks are cold.

Overall a pretty good course! We played the Blue tee boxes, they are a little beat up and burnt. Very tight tee shots on several holes. Staff was very nice and helpful getting us out on the course 20+ minutes before our tee time. I would recommend this course.

Really enjoyed my round today. First time playing here and will be back. The course was in good shape, and it's a really fun layout. The gal in the clubhouse was very friendly and so were the locals or regulars sitting around in the clubhouse.

My friends and I enjoy this course nice layout and challenging. Played yesterday. One complaint. We were 3 some. So my 2 partners they allowed the 2 for $50. $25 each. Only front 9 was open. I was charged the standard rate 42 including cart. I do not agree with that at all. My playing partners agreed and thought the same. Now. $42 is still cheap but the policy discourages people to replay n come. Strange.

Little bit pricey for that far north. Greens are excellent!! Sounds simple but you have to keep the ball in the short grass even if this means putting the driver back in the bag. Premium for accuracy. The ladies in the club house were really great!! Just a fun course to play.
