In summary

Kings Walk Golf Club is highly praised for its beautifully maintained course, challenging layout, and the scenic links-style design that includes fast greens and lush fairways. The staff is generally regarded as friendly and accommodating, with positive remarks about the food and amenities like the Sunday brunch buffet. However, some visitors have experienced issues with customer service, particularly feeling unwelcome or encountering disorganization, and there are occasional complaints about the pace of play and high prices.

Quick lunch date with myself, my wife, our daughter in law and her mom. Wonderful get together. Server did not write our orders down, wrap had tomatoes (ordered it without) and my grilled chicken was supposed to be the sandwich, that being said, my food was good. My wife's chicken Alfredo was not hot however. Service could have been better as we arrived before any type of lunch rush.

Beautiful course, fairways are so lush and green, greens are very fast and nice to play on. Roughs are interesting to play from.

I would rate the golf course 5/5. Nicely manicured and challenging. I would rate Dan at the front desk 0/5. When he answered the phone he made me feel like I was bothering him. I have many friends in the Grand Forks area that have had similar experiences with Dan. That single employee turned me away from the course and brought my business to EGF.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the Grand Forks Park District, King’s Walk Golf Course, and their Golf Pro Manager Dan Tannahill. First of all, for early in the season the course is in immaculate shape, tee boxes and greens everything looks in midseason form. The Social Distancing Guidelines are very accommodating and well received. Mr. Tannahill is friendly, courteous and he and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have all that you need to enjoy a Great Experience! This course is an outstanding value, very well run and organized, we are so lucky to have this in our community o…

We enjoy booking one of the large private rooms for family gatherings since it can be hard to find something that fits 20 to 30 people. The buffet has great variety, something for everyone!

Wasn’t able to tee off of hole one 10 minutes past our tee time due to group ahead of us. After we paid for our food (to go of course) we went to pay for the back 9. There we were told we had to rent another set of clubs to continue to keep up the pace of play. Even after explaining we were scrambling she refused to let us play unless we rented clubs. Truly laughable to think this BUSINESS rather lose $100 than make an extra $20.

Very nice 18 hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. Has fescue and a pretty tough rough so you wanna stay out of there.

Very nice links course design, and the team is taking great care of the course. It was in great condition, that’s really hard to do on a Parks Department budget. Hats off to the Superintendent. Pro shop folks were hospitable and professional. Beverage cart attendant was as well. Staff in the Grill may have been extras from a “ Night of the Living Dead” movie, no one seemed to be awake. More staff than customers in the place, but still disorganized. By all means go play golf, then eat elsewhere.

The course was in amazing shape and the food in the clubhouse was good. Sadly though this is offset but the we don't want you here attitude of the employees and golfers (mostly members). Due to the rudeness of both especially the member golfers towards a friend and I we left the course after the front 9. We were extremely polite to all, but sadly did not get the same attitude in return. If your looking to have fun golfing go elsewhere. It seems you are not wanted here especially if your out golfing to enjoy the afternoon.
