In summary

Lake Vue North Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, friendly and attentive staff, and welcoming atmosphere. Many visitors appreciate the course's challenging layout and the personal touch of its family-run management. However, some golfers have experienced issues with tee time management and find the course layout to be congested, leading to confusion and a rushed experience. The course operates on a cash-only basis, which some guests find inconvenient.

Since moving up here in 2011 from Memphis, I have played a lot of courses in the area but honestly none objectively compares to LakeVue North Golf Course. The greens are on par with some of the better private courses. Really amazing when you think about it for a family-run course. Other than the course to well maintained all year long, what separates LakeVue North from almost all others in during the Fall season and the phenomenal work they do getting the fallen leaves off the course to make it playable and enjoyable. They are constantly making kart path improvements. Not too long but still ch…

I’ve played at many public golf courses, but this family-run gem truly stands out! From the moment you call ahead, Donna, Greg, and Walt, and Kristen make the experience seamless by personally handling all your golf cart needs with genuine care and attention. Their welcoming, down-to-earth service instantly makes you feel like part of the family. The course itself is impeccably maintained — every fairway and green looks immaculate, reflecting the pride and dedication they pour into their business. It’s clear they’re passionate about providing a top-notch experience for golfers of all skill le…

This a true story, although hard to believe... we were there for a charity event with a shotgun start. We were to start on #4. After arriving to our hole, we pulled our 2 carts off to the side of the cart path to allow the dozens and dozens of other golf carts to use the path on their way to their starting holes. Someone then came up and yelled and chastised us for not staying on the cart path. We all looked at each other in disbelief. I thought about trying explain the reasoning for us to move aside so the other carts could use the path, instead of going around. It was one of the most bizarre…

Can’t say enough good things about the course and staff at LakeVue. The course is well kept, challenging for me who shoots around 100. Tye staff is very courteous and go out the their way to be helpful. My son left his sand wedge on the course and they actually called to see if it was his That’s customer service at its finest!!! We are just getting back into golf and will definitely be back at LakeVue North!

This is a really fun course, a great value for the money. My buddy and I have small kids so we like to golf first thing in summer mornings so we’re done fast, it’s really pretty in the mornings. Hole 4 and 6 are my favorite, hilly par 4’s. The owner is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. We play several courses in the area, Butler is great for golfing, but this is probably our favorite. We’ve tried to go a few times on late afternoons this year but they’ve had leagues going on so call ahead. We played a few times end of last summer and I can’t wait to go back. They have a nice bar inside,…

This is one of my favorite golf courses in the area. The course itself has a great layout and conditions. The only thing that I have issues with is the calling for a tee time because it never seems to work. The staff is super friendly and I always love coming here.

This is my new favorite golf course! They are strangely obsessed with signs, but it ended up being a fun running joke during our outing. The layout is unique and generates some beautiful holes, with some extra excitement sprinkled in. I highly recommend stopping by if you have not (bring cash).

First time and last time I’ll golf here. Called and got a tee time as a solo and asked to be paired up. I was paired and given a tee time. I arrive on time and was told that my pairing was sent ahead 20mins and to catch up to them. What’s the purpose of a tee time then? So I have to rush and play through other pairings to catch up and not play my game at a normal speed? I go to the tee box and the starter is rushing me to catch up. I hit my drive. Told the starter to keep my money and left. Went down the road to a better course. Poorly managed.
