Incredible experience. Wind gust were difficult to navigate but added to the experience. Greens excellent and challenging staff was very friendly. Driving range and putting greens was enjoyable especially putting green which had two one near first hole. Food was limited to prepared sandwiches which were tasteful. Hoping future plans include some cooked foods. My grandson and his friend, like me, can't wait to return. I thought the green fee was very reasonable

This is an absolutely great track. Greens were true and pretty fast. Would not hesitate to play it again. Caveat: there were zero food options when we played. Bring the snacks.

This is my first time playing here and I was generally pleased. However, the pace of play was atrocious. I played as a single and caught up to a twosome on hole 5. Due to the fact there was no Marshall there was no opportunity for them to be told to speed up and they were not smart enough to let me play through even though I rolled up right behind them and asked if they would mind if I played through with absolutely no acknowledgement so I pulled back and just waited on every hole after that. It was so bad that another twosome caught up to me on hole 10. Here’s why I was truly annoyed there wa…

Sure thing! Here's a more toned-down review: --- Latour Golf Club in Mathews, LA is a great place to play golf. The course is always in excellent condition, with well-maintained fairways and greens. The staff is friendly and helpful, making each visit enjoyable. Today, the superintendent's pin placements added an interesting challenge to the game. If you're looking for a solid golfing experience, Latour Golf Club is worth checking out.

A wonderful establishment, the cart girl game by 2 times within 5 holes! The greens were green and rolled true and the cobble stone was stone. The bridge transitions were very smooth and no complications. Grass was plush EVERYWHERE. BUT The red carts were significantly faster than the white. Also the 16 maybe 17th hole had a bush that just ruined the whole experience! It caught my ball and would not let it go. I felt as if i was Maria Labeaux driving off in Sugar cane fields but… the hidden gem with the double wide made me feel right at home. The tiger shirt i got from the pro shop really m…

The course was very well taken care of and fun to play. My only complaint was that they advertise a restaurant on the web site, and show pics of the chef with awards. So we start heading there intending to get lunch and play a round on a friday. The restaurant turned out to be a food truck that was closed...

A fantastic golf course. Well-kept and well-managed with friendly staff, this golf course is easily one of Louisiana's best value golf courses. Will absolutely be back, and have been telling all golfers that I know about this hidden gem

Great place to play. The staff was super friendly and the course was challenging. The bunkers did not have sand in all of them or the course would have been 5 stars. The course is still recovering from hurricanes, but it's worth your time and money. Bring extra balls, you'll need them.

The course is in a beautiful natural setting, typical of South louisiana. The topography is flat, but there are enough turns, trees and traps to make it very challenging. Everyone - golfers, staff, groundskeepers, were friendly and polite. Enjoyable day.

Love this course! Great scenery. Quiet environment. Friendly staff. Just don't miss the fairway...the roughs are really high and you'll have a different time finding your ball.

Nice course and greens. It’s a challenging play with a lot of water, rough and fairway waste areas. Unfortunately, the price ($100) is on the expensive side without any amenities (no club/ball washer or GPS on the gas carts, only 2 water coolers, no cart drinks/snacks, etc.

Over priced. Misleading says $85 online but hit you with a cart fee. Greens were nice. Sand traps are full of grass. No ball washers
