This retirement community has lovely homes, excellent recreational facilities and fun events. Only tough spot; HOA fees increases are a bit high, so plan this into your planning if interested in moving here. Yet, a lovely place. Beauty trees and grounds, golf course, RV area.

If you reside in this community I highly recommend checking out all there is to offer. Swimming pool and hot tub and men’s/women’s locker room are nice not to mention tons of tables and umbrellas surrounding the poolside. They have a full blown gym and pavilion with bbqs and tennis courts. Horse shoes and skeet ball and basketball courts alongside tennis and pickle ball courts. And you can’t help but notice the 9 hole golf course and putting green and on top of all that they have a Billiards that have ten tables and are highly up kept probably the best pool billiard in Southern California. Bad experience I'm a food delivery driver I was delivering and order today for the address the security at the entrance treat me real bad he supposed call the customer and the customer said they were not expecting any food delivery probably a family member order food for them I was unable to deliver the food because he denied entrance to me I had to make a U turn in my car to leave I felt really humiliated probably because racism I got a contract warning I'm my job for not delivering this order thanks to the security and in risk of losing my job my only source of income so delivery drivers for…

Very nice. For residents and guests only. Beautiful Olympic-sized pool with upgraded shower facilities. Hot tub. Unfortunately, no sauna. Many other amenities in or near rec center. New workout gym, pool room, small library, woodworking, ceramic rooms. Really lush grounds with fountain & gazebo, nice place to sit & hang out with a friend. Farmer's gardens near pool (resident plots).

It is a 55 and older gated Community with live guards. There are over 2000 homes in the community. It was built in the early 70s. It is extremely well maintained and house prices reflect that. There are many activities to do in the community. I feel extremely safe living here. I would highly recommend it too anyone working toward retirement. Nice place. I was invited there to play there. They have par 3 golf course. The longest hole is 158yrds. The course is a great place to work on your short game. But you need someone to be there guest to get in. Other than that it is great.

Great place to have our Celebration of Life for My Dad, Niece, two Uncles and my Cousin. There was plenty space to accommodate all of our families. There was lists of room for Food, Fun & Family together. Great place to be together. #FamilyFirst

I perform there a few times a year, very nice people, and secure environment. Lots of amenities: Tennis, library, live music and theater... Beautiful community not far from thousand oaks or Ventura...

It's very nice. I don't live in this neighborhood and was visiting recently. The gym is amazing. Top of the line equipment and a great pool outside too.

Great atmosphere. I like the crowd. We were there for a dance. Unfortunately you can't just walk in. You need to be on the invite list unless of course you live there.

THIS REALLY IS A GREAT PLACE FOR SENIOR'S TO LIVE IN CAMARILLO. IT HAS SO MANY AMENITIES TO OFFER TO THE RESIDENTS THAT LIVE THERE TO ENJOY. THE PLACE IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED WITH BEAUTIFUL GREEN AND LUSH LANDSCAPE, UNLIKE OTHER NEIGHBORING CITY'S NEARBY.
