In summary

The Links at Jonesboro has received overwhelmingly negative feedback from residents, primarily due to persistent maintenance issues and a severe roach infestation. Many tenants report delayed and inadequate responses to repair requests, as well as poor communication from management. Additionally, the condition of appliances and overall apartment upkeep are frequently criticized.

Actual joke of an apartment complex Been dealing with a roach infestation just about the entire time I've lived here, everything likes to break ans maintenance takes 10 years and 2 weeks just to get to it and the office ain't much help either, "we can only remind them to see you we can't make them we're just office staff ☹️☹️" girl 🙄 Took 4 months to fix a leaky AC, 1 month and a half to fix a dryer, took 7 months to fix a broken toilet They been out multiple times just to half ass the repair and constantly have to come back instead of actually fixing it. I'll be breaking my lease early and th…

This place is not a good place to live, they charge $800 a month for a place that roach infestation ,no matter how many times you clean or the bug people come, the washer and dryer is a joke the washer likes to leak water out, the dryer takes 3-6 times just to dry your clothes. Please never ever think to live here, in fact my first time ever here some kid at the leasing office got mad at the leasing staff for not giving there deposit back, and so he ripped all the trim off the walls, and put his knee through a painting. My best advice is SAVE YOUR $ and live somewhere else.

This place is an absolute joke! Lived there for two years and had to break my lease, first thing we noticed was there was a leak under the vinyl flooring by the washer and dryer, we had them come by MULTIPLE times throughout the 2 years and they never fixed the issue, and the dryer takes 3 to 6 cycles for the clothes to be most of the way dry. We didn’t have any roach problems for about the first half of the first year but after that we’d have a few every once and a while then towards the end of our stay when the tenant downstairs moved out your apartment got INFESTED with roachs, we had the p…

If I could give a zero, I would. I was planning to move across the country for college, called, put down my deposit, and then got put on a waiting list. Ok, sure. But 2 weeks to move in and I was still listed on the housing portal as on the waiting list so I started looking at my other options. Least to say, I went with a different apartment so I didn't have to live out of my car or a motel waiting for a room here. When I called to cancel, they said "ok, you won't get your deposit back" and refused to work with me. I hadn't even been in the state, let alone the apartment, for the "security de…

I truly wish there was a way to give no stars with my review. I’ve been living in the Links for a little over a year and I have had problems from the day I signed my lease. Starting with my most recent issue, I was going to check my mail and the key they gave that I’ve been using for quite a while was not working. When I called the office she says I had to make a maintenance request to fix it. I make the request and the maintenance guy comes to pick the key up while I was away so he left a message saying take the key to the office. When I take it to the office the lady tells me I’d have to pay…

Obviously a sham of a place, other reviews are true of poor maintenance, utility's, roaches you name it there's a problem here. I remember staying here with my mom as a kid and it was a blast, today it's a shadow of what it used to be. Roaches crawl literally everywhere and every tenant I've met said it's in their buildings too. Nobody deserves to live like this

Been living here for 2 years, after a year everything in the apartment breaks down. It's cheap to live here and its decent. Biggest drawback is the maintenance people take forever to come do their job and do a trashy job of installing whatever it is. We had our fire alarms keep going off, maintenance showed up 5 hours later when I was at work and when I checked them after work all they did was unplug the alarms and put them back in the ceiling. I called the main office and nothing was ever done. Thats the kind of people that run this place.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! It is absolutely horrible. There are roaches everywhere. Pest control has been out 3 times, and the roaches get worse and worse. Appliances break constantly. The washing machine destroyed my brand sheets & towels. The dishwasher is so old & loud that we have to leave to run it. The fridge is so old that the thermostat is faulty and freezes anything on the top shelf. The shower heads spew out water, making an horrible high pitched/constant squeal the entire time it’s on. Oh & you have about 10 minutes of hot water, so you can’t do laundry, dishes & take a shower in the same…

I have not lived here and will NOT live here due to my recent, terrible, experiences with multiple staff and the “move in ready” apartment here. First of all, All staff are on different pages and are unable to provide direct information regarding the lease and the policies, they want to provide how the property is as a whole. Only when, you put your application in and pay the $380 will they start giving you that information. But that information varies and changes with each employee you talk to. Me and my husband spoke to 3 different employees up there and each of them told us a different pric…

I've heard stories about this place when I moved in... and I'll say that a good chunk of it isn't true. Is it the best place to live? No... But it's affordable and everyone, although they seem intimidating, tend to look out for one another and make sure no sketchy people mess with your apartment or car or anything while you arent around. A lot of the neighbors cant park worth a damn though and tend to take up multiple spots... Is it the cleanest place to live? Yes and no... when I first moved in, the apartment wasn't cleaned and had dust and discarded screws in the carpet and whatnot... and…

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT BEFORE VIEWING AND DEFINETLY DONT TELL THEM ABOUT ANY PETS. When I showed up to view the apartments they had sent me to the wrong building and knew and just never called to update me, so my first impressions weren’t great. I get to the correct office and they send me to look at my first place. This one was parking accessible and right out front of the building and on the floor so for me it would have been a good fit. Until I saw the roaches and that the kitchen drawer was missing, I still did a full walk through and did the check list but still wanted to v…

One star is being generous. During walk through of TWO different apartments, there were roaches present. The staff's lackadaisical attitude made the situation exponentially worse. Such a shame--these were so nice when they were new!
