Miskanaw Golf Club

Beautiful course in Fort McMurray! Some great holes along the river. Requires pretty good accuracy, or your ball is lost in the woods. Highly recommended!

Great golf course! Amazing views and challenging greens! Their restaurant is absolutely outstanding under Chef Ocea Dunning! You have to golf and eat here!

You would think that having a membership that you would get treated with some respect but over the past summer they have proven they only want your money. Customer service is close to non existent. Rules change daily. Spend extra money to have your own cart - still have to share. Manager likes to threaten and intimidate. Lucky you,re not the only course in town, Rotary will be getting my money next year. Should really look at training your staff better and value customers that choose your own course.

I just played 5 rounds at Miskanaw while visiting Fort Mac. The course is in great shape and the service was top notch. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the pace of play was very good for the most part. Nice practice facilities as well. I will definitely go there again the next time I'm in town.

A great golf course that is challenging yet open. The course is probably the friendliest place around. Staff and golfers try to make the best of it everyday. The course recently went through 5 tough years of redevelopment and now have a challenging champion layout compared the the old executive layout. This will challenge all level of golfers.

Can't book online. Website doesn't even have phone number for the clubhouse and when you call Mac island you need to sit through 4700 menu options in order to get a person. Unnecessarily painful. It's like they'd prefer you to book the another course. It's seems the golf course it extremely neglected down there, would do a lot better as a private course and proper funding for basic services and a suitable clubhouse.

Great practice facility! I had no time for a round so I spent like my time practicing. It's got a chipping green, pitching green, putting green and driving ranges that have insanely realistic feel.

Year after year Miskanaw continues to improve. The course is usually in fantastic shape and they lay-out is easy from the front tees and challenging from the back. The staff are amazing and the new driving range facility is top notch.

This course does not provide water when playing. Hot day, 30 degrees plus and no where on the course to fill my bottle. The employees tell me its for health reasons. There are no course admins to monitor slow play, 4 hrs to finish the back 9 it was so backed up. Green conditions on the front 9 are abysmal (Astro-Turf), back 9 seems to be much better, and more challenging. For $100 I would have expected much better, and least take pride that you are one of only two courses in Fort Mac. Unfortunately this is a one time experience for me. I very much enjoyed the experience of growing in the last 7 holes at Miskanaw. You will not be disappointed. The 16th is my pride and joy. Island green, rock face and no error in your iron shot to the green. A privilege to have worked there. BTW. Each green has a loonie under it with the year it was opened
