In summary

Mohansic Golf Course receives praise for its well-maintained course, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable amenities such as live music and dining options. Many appreciate the challenging layout and scenic setting, making it a popular choice for both casual and serious golfers. This is a five with a couple of asterisks. The strengths were so strong that they overcame the asterisks. The check in staff was great. A sense of humor with a sense of humanity. Simply good people enjoying life with great communication skills. The course is a beauty. It has a nostalgic feel with a beautiful layout. So the the range is closed! They are upgrading it folks. No complaints there. I needed something to eat but only took cash until later in the day! Nostalgia is wonderful until you need food and don’t carry cash. They have a debit machine. Come on it’s 2026!!! You are losing money,…

Another wonderful Westchester County Course. Played a 9 hole round late today and found the course to be in very nice shape considering the extremely hot we have had. The greens and fairways where in beautiful shape, a few wet spots on the tees making it a little difficult at times and of course still some dry spots on the fringes. Overall the course was nice to play and challenging enough for most players at any level. Enjoyed a some music and food afterwards in the lounge/bar. Plenty of parking, a decent range and right off the Taconic Parkway make this an easy place to play. *I base my gol…

A campy feel in a good way! Burger and fries were good. Drinks at bar also good. The owner goes around to the tables greeting groups. The setting is nice. The band Sugarush was tons of fun and people were tearing up the dance floor. Recognized people from other dance events. I would go back for other bands for sure!

Just go, it's a great experience, good food, good service. Beautiful sunset view from the dining room. Live bands Friday and Saturday early evening.

Great place. Food was good. Good place to see love music on the weekend, just check there site to make sure for that night just in case. Also has a great public course that I will have to try and play someday

30 minute delay to start from our scheduled tee time because of lack of carts with 3 groups waiting to tee off behind us the course is celebrating its 100th anniversary but doesn’t know how many carts it needs…. Also lack of urgency from the starter to keep things moving pretty disgraceful if you ask me….

Course is ok. Reasonably priced. Lot of blind tee shots. The range is abysmal. The balls are horrible. Several balls in your $15 ‘large’ bucket will have no dimples, or feel like there isn’t a core. The mats are also extremely worn and uneven. Almost unusable.

It’s a fine course, “Meh”ansic is more like it. Don’t get me wrong, the course conditions were flawless and the staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and kind but the layout itself is a bit long with a dog leg here and a dog leg there but it lacks anything interesting or visually stimulating other than the par 3 over water. The round was a slog and it just felt long and hard but not in any of the ways that would make it fun. I definitely preferred Patriot Hills or Maple Moor.

My round at Mohansic Golf Course took forever, the course was in rough shape, and honestly the whole experience was worse than Goot's drip.

Wonderful course but they do not honor your tee times.. had to wait another 30 minutes because they just let others and locals go ahead. Please honor the tee times when people arrive on time, as it makes no sense to have reservations when they don’t follow the tee times
