In summary

Nottawasaga Inn Resort is frequently praised for its cleanliness, friendly and accommodating staff, and a wide range of amenities, including well-kept golf courses, hockey facilities, and family-friendly activities. Guests appreciate the beautiful setting and convenient location for events like hockey tournaments and weddings. However, some visitors express concerns about the dated decor, lack of in-room amenities such as microwaves, and the high prices relative to the perceived value, along with occasional issues with Wi-Fi connectivity and room servicing policies.

Hotel is clean, tidy and impressively well run and staffed for a domestic resort. I was looking for flaws and dust collection in areas and I was surprised at how clean it was. Yes some spaces are dated but it must cost a fortune to keep it kept up to date and I personally did not find the rooms bad at all. I will say that there is far too many rules. We were here for a hockey tournament. And not loud and kept getting asked not to be in the halls. That’s fine, but then give people a space to unwind and connect. That is part of a getaway experience that keeps people coming back.

I’ve stayed at the Nottawasaga Inn several times and I’m looking forward to visiting again. The atmosphere is fabulous, starting with the friendly and helpful check in team. Great staff throughout, room was very clean with a beautiful romantic view of the river. Enjoyed well made cocktails at the lobby bar, and excellent meals all weekend.

We go here once a year for a hockey tournament. Every year we have a great experience. The hotel has lots of activities that keep our one child busy while the other is on the ice. Theres two ice pads at the arena which is located in the parking lot. No need to load anything up in your vehicle. The kids are kept busy between the pool, arcade and mini putt when not on the ice. Staff have always been super friendly with both us and the young kids. We've never had any issues and this will be our 4th year there. We always look forward to getting away with our hockey family and this is the perfect p…

We always enjoy our stays at Nottawasaga Inn, and this weekend’s stay was no different. We have stayed in various different rooms, and they are always beautifully clean and decorated. The desk help and waitresses are always pleasant and welcoming. We have had wonderful food at the restaurant and drinks and appetizers at the Lobby Bar. The golf courses are well-kept, beautiful, and challenging. We will be back.

While I did not stay at the hotel I did visit a room at the hotel. The room and corridor appeared well kept and were clean. The hockey facilities were really nice. They have two arenas that are well maintained and the hockey tournament was professionally managed with all games beginning at the right time. There is plenty of parking While everything is of high quality the room charges per night also reflect premium dollars.

Had a great time. We were there for a hockey tournament for my grandson. It was so close to the hotel, very convenient. The rooms were good and the staff were excellent. The food at the bar was very good and the service there was great too.

We stayed at the resort for two days with our family and had an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. We arrived just before a major ice storm and were graciously allowed to check in four hours early, which immediately set the tone for how accommodating and kind the staff are. Every single person we encountered was friendly and genuinely welcoming. A special thank-you to Angel and Ben, who went above and beyond serving our party of 11 — not a single error, all while maintaining such a warm and positive attitude. They were also exceptionally kind and patient with the children d…

Basing this review as a 3 star hotel/resort. Its pretty great considering the amount of amenities present. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds. Only issue is the amenities lacked during the weekdays and they open later and close early in comparison to other hotels. The Waterslide at the pool, spa services and some restaurants aren't available from Sunday afternoon until Wednesday.

I would say its a 2.5-3 star hotel. The prices here are 4+ star prices. POSITIVES: Its the cleanest and most modern hotel in the town... (unfortunately). Nice big entry lobby and high ceilings. Restaurant and public bathrooms on site. It is not completely modern but more than the others around town. There is free parking but at a busy event it is scarce. Service is good. People are pretty nice. If all you need is a clean room and a decent place to eat on site with decent amenities (gym, pool, arcade, putput golf - all 90s-2000s age/quality) Then its a decent pick. NEGATIVES: The wifi is unp…

Went to a wedding here last summer and enjoyed it so mucb my son wanted his birthday party here. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. We could get everywhere with a wheelchair even to the pool , arcade and mini putt. Only downside was the rooms did not have a microwave. No biggie we ordered pizza.

Was here for a wedding. The hotel beds are terrible! They are not comfortable at all! Very hard. Felt like bricks were holding the mattress up. Also the beds are doubles not queens! View from the room looking out to the golf course was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Also would have been nice to have bottles of water in the rooms, we called down and they said they don’t do that but we can buy them at the vending machines. We paid $630 for 2 nights and for that amount I think the rooms should be better. The resort was packed! 3 Hockey tournaments and 2 big weddings. I was disappointed, definitely…

We took our kids (ages 3, 6 and 5 months) here for New Year’s Eve since we wanted a getaway without actually going too far. They advertised a bunch of activities going on for the kids so we thought it would be a good way to make everyone happy. The rooms are standard, 2 beds, a small washroom (tub/shower) but they had a mini fridge and I can’t remember if there was a microwave or not. The staff was great, very friendly, especially the servers in the restaurant. Shoutout to Cam for working New Year’s Eve dinner with an arm in a sling! Dinner was pre-purchase and pre-pay with automatic gratuity…
