Pine Creek Golf Club

Stayed overnight as a member of Harvest Host twice while traveling. As a golfer, I collect ball markers of the different courses. Flea and Michelle were fantastic hosts and made extra effort to locate a marker for me even though it was end of season.

The reviews doesn't do this place any justice. First of all, the staff was very friendly. The golf course itself was very well kept, greens were in great shape, and the natural beauty of the area will keep my son and I coming back on the regular. Did I mention the value, what a hidden gem.

My first time playing this course. Friendly staff. Great price, but bring cash (there is an ATM in the clubhouse). Most of the greens are domed; all are fast. Hills. Yardage markers are fairway disks that are hard to find (posts would be better, IMHO). All-in-all a great course to play; challenging for casual players.

You're getting what you pay for here. Cheap on weekdays in a area where a good golf course is scarce. Make sure and pay attention to the group behind you while teeing off because the tee boxes and greens are very close together. Fairways are fair and greens are inconsistent. Some greens can have large sandy spots and others are pristine on any given day. Cart paths need to be redone but Pine Creek has a "never cart path only" rule. CASH ONLY. Never use the range because the balls are like bricks.

This course drains like nothing I've ever seen. You could probably play it in a hurricane and be just fine. Some challenging holes here and there. Absolutely love their par 3's. Every one of them makes you feel like you left something out there. The par 3's alone will make you come back for more. Staff is courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I play here weekly and have a great golfing experience each outing. Even from the gold tees , there're plenty of challenging holes for mature duffers like me. The course holds lots of events and is popular with a large group of regulars The course pro is excellent and the entire staff friendly, helpful, and professional. Evidence of course maintenance is good and upgrades are ongoing. Being a well run family owned operated course is a plus. In addition, during rainy days it is the best draining course in the area, by far. It's a very good fun placr to spend a few hours and a great value !

Pine Creek is always a pleasant experience. I went many times years ago with my grandfather to golf, and still go with my friends today to play and work at the driving range. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, worth it every time!

Do NOT spend your time or money at this place!! That course is often too overcrowded with insufficient spacing. What finally did me in after years of playing enjoyable golf at Pine Creek was after I realized that the only customers that the owners only care about are the members who think they own the place and should have the entire thing to themselves. After being told that I would have to wait approximately 2 hours for a entire group (of about 30 players) who had a “money game” being played to pass through, I asked the owner for a refund (since I had already paid my money to like everyone e…

I’ve always liked the Purvis course. Maybe because it’s where I first started playing golf many years ago. That being said, I have watched it improve over the years and still enjoy playing there quite often. The green on hole 3 has been rough and could probably stand to be taken out of service for a time to get it in shape once and for all. Other than that I can’t really complain about anything there.

Very terrible golf course for the price, 30$ for 9 holes talk about a rip off, the t-box on hole three is like I’m taking a trip to the beach and throwing some turf to hit off doesn’t help, I have people blasting music while I’m trying to T off just very bad golf etiquette, for the price they charge the just need to shut down and rebuild.

Haven't really played here in a while but the fairways and most of the course seemed really hard, almost like you're hitting off a rock. It could have been changed since I've been there, but that's really the only complaint. The course as far as for beginners is easy with the open fairways.
