Plantation at Ponte Vedra

We feel so blessed to have found such a safe and beautiful neighborhood in Ponte Vedra Beach. I have 2 young children and they love going to the beach club, playing football at the amenity park and playing with their friends on the playground everyday after getting off the bus. The schools in the area are amazing which is why so many families and kids are moving into the neighborhood. I attend a super fun Plantation ladies night every month and everyone is so welcoming and kind. We have had a house here since 1995, when we were living in South America and had kids in school in the US and were looking for good vacationing place. We loved it at first sight and our appreciation grows with each day, now that we are permanent here since 2008. The golf course is great and the whole neighborhood works nicely with plenty of things to do with great quality. We are blessed to live here.

I lived there for 10 years. It’s a beautifully landscaped and maintained with one of the areas best private golf clubs. The homeowners skew older so it’s not the best for families with younger kids however they do their best to provide activities and facilities for little ones. There is also access to a beachside facility with a pool and restaurant. For tennis players, the clay courts and tennis pro are excellent as well.

The Plantation community is a special place. It has so much to offer everyone. Golf, tennis, Pickleball, croquet and the best place of all is the Beach Club with pool, dining and wonderful views of the ocean. When we retired we knew where we wanted to be, we just had to find the right house for us. We have so many friends and great neighbors that we are always busy with dining, Trivia Night and so many other activities. The staff is great and always accommodating to our needs.

This is by far the best community in North Florida. Beautiful neighborhood. Well maintained. Great facilities. Beach Club. Golf. Tennis. Croquet. More! It used to be an older community, but most people moving in these days are middle aged or younger. Many of them have kids, which the community has supported with many youth programs.

I have owned a home in The Plantation since 2004, and my wife and I have lived here full time since 2012. We love it and plan to live the rest of our lives here. It has an outstanding golf course, beautiful beach club with the best oceanside views in north Florida, great 24 hour manned gated security as well as mobile security, tennis, croquet, fitness center and beautifully maintained common grounds. We had vacation homes in other communities in Ponte Vedra Beach for years, but when we decided to settle here full time, The Plantation was the only subdivision we considered. It is so well manicured and as the only club that not only has golf/croquet, tennis/racquet, and clubhouse facilities (with various activities) but also a private beach club/resturant/pool/grill area that is unrivaled in NE Florida. I have lived in the plantation for four years, and I am having a wonderful time living here. I have made some of the best friends I’ve ever had. I love playing pickle ball, tennis with Lars, croquet the beach club.... And they have the best most professional employees, Who are so fast getting back to you, solving your problem, etc. The Plantation is a small slice of heaven!!

My wife and I have been coming to The Plantation at Ponte Vedra since 1997 visiting friends. So when we decided to move to Florida in 2015 we didn't have to look any further than here. It is a beautiful gated community with an abundance of activities. The security is first class, the golf course is beautiful and fun and challenging to play. Plantation is a special place. The many different aspects of living here appeal to the residents in a wide range of prioritization, but the commonality is everyone values the totality of "the Plantation lifestyle". There is so much diversity in activities and amenities, that there truly is something for everyone. To me, the best part of living in Plantation is the people, whom I've found to be truly friendly and welcoming.

I have been fortunate to belong to other residential communities around the country. Country Club of the South in Atlanta, the Greenbrier in West Virginia and Ridgefields CC in Tennessee. All of those were a ten and only if there were an 11 could I find a way to explain how we love the Plantation. Been a resident since 1991 and can say it is wonderful, that Linda and I love this community, the Beach Club, Golf course, Club House. It is a dream for us. If looking for an equity club in the North Florida area, you should absolutely have Plantation on the list to explore.

The Plantation offers a variety of amenities for all ages and interests. The community is immaculately maintained, and members may choose from any number of activities including golf, tennis, croquet, pickleball, bridge, mah jongg, book club, birding, garden club to name a few. The private beach club is a gem, overlooking the ocean with a sparkling pool, beach access and ocean side seating. All in all, a wonderful place to settle into.
