Newly renovated resort in between Oak creek and Sedona. Awesome location and views that are awe inspiring. The pool , fitness center and spa are all new and top in the market. The rooms are spacious , comfortable and the bathrooms are fun with an eclectic design to fit into the Sedona scene. A departure from the color patterns of all the older resorts . Try the restaurant and bar, it is beautiful and staff is warm , friendly and attentive. Food is a great surprise with local and traditional dishes.Breakfast after an early morning hike in the red rocks hit the spot.

This hotel still has alot of kinks to work out and felt like it rushed to reopen. Starting with the check in experience we were given a two queen room when we booked the king. The rooms did not have the high end appeal I think they were trying to go for. Towels were all new which was great but both room towels left towel fuzz over everything ahowing they were not washed before and the pool towels obviously were not washed before putting them out as we had a manufacturer tag stuck to us after using one. We stayed in the rooms right by the lobby that were loud as there was a dog barking in a joi…

We had the honor of being the first wedding at the brand new Outbound Sedona. We originally signed our contract with Poco Diablo before the purchase, and our contract was taken over by Outbound Sedona as the new owners. While the change of ownership and renovations introduced some stress and chaos into the planning process, the result was a perfect wedding and venue. The new renovations are beautiful and match the sedona nature wonderfully. The food and beverage director is incredible and produced a delicious meal; she even made Polish cocktail hour food for my wife's family! I would happily r…

What a beautiful resort! We had a wonderful time at Poco Diablo, The staff were so warm and inviting. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were sufficient for what we needed. Nothing fancy but it worked for us. Dog friendly and plenty of places to walk them around ♥️ cozy fire pit to warm up on a cold night. We will absolutely be back! Only giving four stars because both ice machines and soda machines were not working

Had a stay here a few weeks back. For the amount you're paying it is incredibly underwhelming with very few amenities. The rooms are extremely outdated. The carpet is very dirty and you can tell the room hasn't had a proper update in a long time. Television is in the room however it is just cable with no connectivity to any streaming services. Bathrooms are functional but very much dated as well. There is no complimentary breakfast however there is an overpriced on site restaurant. Our room had a fireplace which we needed to call maintenance multiple times to come re ignite the pilot light for…

This resort is part of a time share that my dad, has to continue to pay for each year. They charge him, money each year, since it was part of time share, he is not able to get out of paying for this hotel each year. Which is crazy because this place hasn’t changed since I have been coming to since I was a kid in the 90s. It’s just sad that my elderly father cannot get out of this time share, and that he continues to pay for something each year that he doesn’t want or use. It’s just sad.

This is an older resort, I have been there several times with family. The place is huge, it covers acres, and is very beautiful. They will be undergoing renovations after the 2025 tourist season ends. Currently very clean, restaurant in motel has delicious food! Breakfast, lunch and dinner. My scrambled eggs, sage sausage patties and fried homestyle potatoes was the best restaurant breakfast I've had in Sedona ever! Plenty of parking, clean parking lot, parking lot was patrolled by staff, I liked how friendly and professional the guy was that specific night. All the staff I met were very profe…

Stayed in Jan. 2025. Rooms are very dirty, Tried to get night lights on headboard working and tried to search under the headboard for the plug. I am not sure if that area has ever been cleaned. Really gross. Never did get the night lights working. The Bathroom light would not turn off, the sink would not drain properly, the toilet kept running, the shampoo and conditioner were filled incorrectly. The shampoo was in the conditioner dispenser and the conditioner was in the shampoo dispenser. All these things were mentioned to house keeping but nothing was done to correct the problems. The wonderf…

Motel classification. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay at Poco Diablo Resort was an absolute nightmare. Here's a rundown of all the issues we encountered: - The room was incredibly outdated, looking like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. - The carpet was smelly and dirty, making us question the overall cleanliness of the space. - No hairdryer in the room—something you'd expect at even the most basic hotels, appears to be stolen by previous guests but not replaced by our check in. - We were jolted awake on Saturday morning at 7 AM by loud and horrible noises coming from t…

We had a wonderful stay at Poco and really appreciated the convenience of its location. Our Poco King room had a fantastic view, and the working fireplace made it even cozier. But the real highlight of our trip was Gabby at Willows. From the moment we sat at the bar on our first night, she made us feel so welcome. Her warmth, knowledge, and spot-on recommendations truly enhanced our experience. We enjoyed chatting with her so much that we made a point to come back the next night to share how much we loved everything she suggested! Gabby’s positive energy is contagious, and it’s clear that ever…

This place, formerly the Poco Diablo Resort, was everything we hoped for—highly rated, budget-friendly, and packed with great amenities! We spent three nights here during our trip to beautiful Sedona and were not disappointed. We booked a king-bed room with a built-in jacuzzi and a walk-out patio. The room was absolutely huge! I loved that it had two sinks, one in the bathroom and one right outside. This was so convenient when one of us was in the bathroom, as the other could still wash up. The jacuzzi was a fantastic way to soothe our sore muscles after a full day of hiking. You could even t…
