The course offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience with a peaceful setting that many find appealing. While some mention that the rough can be excessively high and the greens occasionally shaggy, the overall condition has improved significantly under new management. My first visit to Point Roberts Golf & Country Club was an absolutely delightful experience! This 6,800-yard, Par 72, 18-hole course is impeccably maintained, peaceful, and surrounded by protected woodlands and tranquil ponds, offering breathtaking scenery that makes every swing a pleasure. Since its opening in 2001, it has been a landmark in Point Roberts, a small U.S. town just south of Vancouver. Revitalized by new owners in early 2024 after a pandemic-related closure, the course now shines in impeccable condition. It perfectly blends challenge and serenity, with private, quiet holes that r…

10/10. First time playing here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The course was in pretty good shape. Greens a bit shaggy. But I had heard they just punched. Not a big deal. Tee boxes could have been cut. But again not a big deal. For $50usd ( Canadian driving down) I would rather play here than $137cad for overpriced Northview. And you can get tee times. Would come back again if it wasn’t so far from my house. Side note. The chef in the kitchen. Went above and beyond customer drive. Was super friendly and helpful. Gave me some pretzel twists to have me try them as it was end of day an…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Stars — Point Roberts Golf Course I had a really enjoyable round at Point Roberts Golf Course and wanted to leave a quick note because it deserves it. The course is looking terrific these days — it’s noticeably greener than it was years ago, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into getting it back into great shape. For this time of year, being able to play 18 holes on regular greens is a real treat. I also met a few of the staff and they couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and welcoming. Devon in particular was a pleasure to talk to — he’s a real wealt…

Golf is golf. Point Roberts has and will always be a close neighbor to Canada. This course has reopened and is a great course to play. The fairways and greens are well manicured, and the staff are very welcoming. They've taken great pride in making it enjoyable to come down there to play. Point Roberts has made a change since I last played there. The 10th tee is now the 1st tee. It's not hard to get a tee time, which is great. It was a Monday. Not like all the other courses in the lower mainland, which are fully booked and hard to get on. It's quiet and it's not crowded. The pace of play is go…

Golfed April 26th 2025. Beautiful day on the course. First timer - this course has potential to be really good with a nice layout. Has nice little patio overlooking the 18th hole and the green feed are a a decent price. Who course needs to be maintained a little better to put it over the top. Grass is long in the fairways and the greens are pretty shaggy. Overall good course

The course is very well maintained, but the price is relatively a bit high. If you want to attract more Canadians to play there, the price should be adjusted appropriately.

Wonderful course lay out and a very challenging golf course indeed but the rough is so high that it renders some holes almost unplayable if you miss the narrow fairways. I played on May 1st. The exceptionally high rough is truly unnecessary and makes play and enjoyment, for women particularly, tough. The fairways are already quite narrow so the only reason for keeping it as high as it is, must be financial. The greens were in great shape but the cups had very fuzzy edges rather than sharp edges suggesting they don't move the holes very often. The greenskeeper needs a bit more $$$ for maintenan…

Love this place, did a great job bringing it back to life. If you're from Tsawwassen Ladner, hit up Point Roberts instead of the Springs/Kings Links. Course is in great shape for Mar 1 2026

I had a great time back at Bald Eagle Golf Club today. Happy to see this hidden gem of a course is up and running again. Previous reviewer did raise a few valid points, but it isn't hard to see it getting back to fantastic shape soon. Beautiful setting with friendly staff in the club house and on the course. Great option for a round of golf.

I am a scratch player and for many years I avoided Point Roberts due mostly to hearing many reports over time about its (then) slow greens. However, that has all changed for me today. I played Point Roberts today for first time in a long time and was very pleasantly surprised to find the greens in excellent, smooth and fast condition. Staff were friendly and it was an overall great experience. I highly recommend a visit if you want to treat yourself. Clearly a lot of hard work went into the greens and it truly shows.

I had the opportunity to return and play at Bald Eagle this year twice. My initial round in 2025 was in May and subsequent round was in July. The course was a bit rough but playable in the first round and the greens crew had done a spectacular job of bringing back the course from neglect. The second round the course was in excellent shape similar to the conditions it had been when operated annually in the past. Congratulations to the maintenance staff. The pro shop staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. My wife and I also had the opportunity to have breakfast on day and really enjoye…
