In summary

Point Sebago Beach Resort is frequently praised for its well-maintained golf course, friendly and professional staff, and excellent practice facilities. Many visitors appreciate the course layout and the welcoming atmosphere, with some likening the experience to a summer camp for adults. However, there are recurring concerns about slow pace of play, particularly during peak times, and some dissatisfaction with the organization of tee times and customer service.

We had a wonderful time at Point Sebago Golf Course as part of a golf weekend to Maine with people from MA, CT, and TN. The course was in great shape, a little challenging but definitely not hard. The practice facility is large with multiple practice greens and large driving range. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely travel back to play here again.

Point Sebago is a great course and we have played there several times. This week I attended Chip and Sip Golf lesson for women. The male golf pro was attentive and gave time to all 7 of us. The young woman spent most of her time socializing with 2 women in the group. We received no instruction at the driving range from her and felt this lesson was a poor value. we are not going back.

Course was great overall. Would play there again. They are pretty adamant about times so if you're a "slower" player just be aware the ranger will come.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The conditions were great. The greens were fast, but true. I felt like I was at Summer camp for adults!

Great layout ,course in great shape. Staff was nice. Got behind a group of woman who were tying up the course. Never saw a ranger which would have possibly helped. For the price we paid a ranger should be out doing their job. Overall a good day of golf .

From the moment we tried to book a tee time, this man (Kevin) was extremely rude. The day we played was great the first 9(golfers need to fix their divots on the green). When we went straight to the tenth hole, there were 3 foursomes in front of us, who were not there before. I called the pro shop and Kevin ssid I was mistaken. I said that I was not mistaken and it would be impossible to finish the next 9. He said I had to be patient and hung up. When the hole took 35minutes to play, it was obvious we couldn't finish. I spoke to the group we followed the front nine and they said 2 other fourso…

On a dreary, rain soaked, afternoon in late July - Point Sebago, with their friendly staff and exceptional course conditions, was the lone bright spot of the day. The round got started with a friendly greeting from the young man managing the carts and after checking in briefly at the well appointed pro shop, the starter wished us luck and sent us on our way. The GPS in carts provided excellent overviews of each hole and helped us dial in our distances. With the thin New England air at our backs my first shot was off and an enjoyable round was underway. Pace of play on this Monday afternoon…

The newish owners have done a great deal of work on the course. Excellent range includes 4(!) separate greens to chip and putt. Lots of good holes. Suffers from slow play especially July and August. Not walkable.

A high school friend is a member so I was invited to play with him and I have returned 3 more times even though it's an hour drive at 6:15AM. Great layout and well maintained. Staff are super friendly, they even pick you up in the parking lot to bring you to the pro shop. Looking forward to the next time I get to play there again.

Way overpriced!, not friendly, usually unbelievable slow play, terrible clubhouse food ( that is overpriced). Tourist trap! UPDATE....... Its been over two years since I've returned $82 for 18 holes is a premium price Clubhouse closed at 5pm while my wife and I were still on hole 8. Zero restrooms available Beverage cart left at 3pm as we arrived for our tee time. Purchased a bucket of balls for the range and the ball machine was empty. Just all around terrible experience. ( food is cheaper than it used to be, but absolutely terrible. 2nd update Tee times are over $100. Same review as above.…
